the training they go through is extreme and they cannot continue that level of exercise once outside on their own. I think it should show them more how to live healthy and exercise once on the outside. They also lose weight very quickly on that show and I think it can affect some who watch it and make them think weight loss is quick when it is really a slow process. I dont watch it but the other night it was on and nothing else was so I watched it. They had the contestants consume junk food to win immunity.... How is that helpful to them learning to eat right. I think it can send wrong messages. But thats just my thoughts.
