I always like having one good dinner when I travel, so I will seek out a good restaurant. Sometimes you only find the nice local places once you are there.

Speaking of nice restaurants, would you ever eat at a restaurant that only offered a tasting menu? Basically, whatever the chef felt like making for you is what you get?
