Favorite thing to do on a Sunday Germany as a kid - go to a matinee and watch a cowboy movie.

Classic Jazz - Dixie Land Jazz was a big thing in Germany in the Fifties and Sixties. Much more popular there than here.
Also classic Rock from the that same time. Also blues and big Band.
