Last month the store I worked at had a special on the Green and Black's mini bars. So my staff discount made them really cheap. Perfect for a bad day. So glad that special is over, it's easier to watch what I eat now. I like the butterscotch ones best

I have had so many phone accidents. Never dropped one into a toilet, but did drop one in a jug of Sangria.

I think in a previous thread I mentioned texting my mom's friend about how much I wanted him to tie me up.

The other day I texted a friend something filthy, but it was all part of an inside joke. Not only did she receive 5 times, my father received it 23 times and didn't find it so funny.

I also occasionally swap dirty texts with a man named James, unfortunately my best friend's name is James so I am always getting there texts mixed up.

Some other ones I have read is the Nazi Officer's Wife and A Piece of Cake. I have read some really good ones recently, but I can't remember what they were called.

I used to really be into Torey Hayden's books. She is a children's psychologist and writes about certain children she has worked with.

I have some interesting rhubarb facts, but I shall refrain from hijacking this thread.

Most of my friends are pretty active in London's LGBT community. Many of my female friends consider themselves bi even if they pretty much only are attracted/sleep with other women. My male friends all classify themselves as gay, and a few of them argue with me that there is really no such thing as bisexuality. People who say they are bi are straight, but "go gay" for a few specific people. I don't agree with this, I just think there is a sliding scale of sexuality. For me, I am attracted to men, women and everybody in between.

I got 14 out 15. Just didn't get the last one.

And yes, addicts are zombies, they are emotional zombies who cares nothing but themselfs and drugs or alcohol.


I really don't agree with this statement. It's a serious generalisation. Sure there are addicts who are like that, but I think a lot of them aren't completely selfish people who only act for themselves.

tell you what nudie...when the weak and pitifully downtrodden do even ONE thing to help themselves instead of just taking taking taking all they can get then ill care. then ill help. fuck..i could easily be one of them, im no stranger to addiction but the difference is i dont WANT to be weak and downtrodden. people have said here that they they were high functioning addicts, why? cuz they chose not to be one of the weak and pitiful.


I don't think I chose not to be weak. It was more of the way the drugs affected me. I am pretty smart and they definitely dumbed me down a little, but I could still do things without people knowing I was high. I would just make sure I wasn't completely off my head when I was around people that weren't using. Being female it's was a little easier to obtain drugs without having to pay for them with money. Sex was always a good substitute.

Of course, you are all the same people who will rant about protecting children from abuse. The addicts are usually those same children... just the grown up versions... But I guess once they hit 16, nobody gives a fuck about them anymore anyway, right?

That's a really good point. It's exactly why I started taking drugs. I was definitely an addict, but a pretty high functioning one. I went to school, got half way decent grades...

I think it's hard for people to know what addiction is really like until you go through it yourself. It's always frustrating to see family members go through it, turn down help, and you still feel like you have to pick up the pieces. I've been there. It's makes it difficult to have compassion for other addicts.

I like it from some people, not from others.

It's a little extreme. Why not encourage women to get the coil or something as a temporary way of encouraging them not to have children.

I bet this wouldn't get pressed on parents who didn't have time for their children, or drank a little too much alcohol. I have a major problem with this. I used to do all drugs under the sun. I smoked heroin, snorted cocain and even shot up a few times. I don't think anybody should be forced to undergo this.

Just kidding, this is one of my favorite movies. I don't think it gives a very fair portrayal of human nature. There are some good points made. Everyone in that movie is exploitive. There isn't really anyone that helps her. I think it's human nature to be self centred but not THAT selfish. And the way they treat her is too the extreme.

I think one of the most powerful scenes in that movie is when she goes to the woman's house who had broken all her figurines. I won't give it away to people who haven't seen it, but if you have you'll probably know what I am talking about

I came across this story a few days ago. A drug charity is offering £200 to drug addicts to be sterilised.

I personally don't like this idea. £200 is a lot of money when you're a drug addict. Vasectomies can be reversible, but female sterilisation isn't. It's not that I think that addicts should have children - I don't, but it's not to say that someone who is an addict can "recover".

I have seen 9 1/2, 11, 12, and 14 ... And there can be too much of a good thing at times... But, the 9 1/2 guy is really hot.. so he is very acceptable!!!!

That reminds me of a story my cousin told me. He worked as a bell boy in a fancy hotel. There was a band staying there and the lead singer sent a request for something. My cousin got the job of sending it up to the room. Of course he had to take a peak and inside were two 14 inch dildos.
