No wather? I don't believe it..
I don't know about 70 years, but I do know that people didn't eat for a few months and they did drunk wather ( they were clining their bodies)

On 'regular basis'. I notice it first in 'What are you listening now' and in 'Funny/..videos and if I do remember corectly I said that in one post..but I could be wrong too

I had some healt issues myself so three years ago I became vegan and I had to learn how to cook for myself, few times I throw away what I prepared but eventually I become good at it and now my friends cannot wait for my turn to cook diner for us, it is fun for all of us.
My sugestion for you would be: probably less coffee and more green tea, no already prepared and frozen food or 2 minutes noodles.
I believe Mediterian food (just google it, there are so many good and easy recepies, but if you will have any other question just ask) would be right one for those who are trying to stay or become healty.
I know that this requires cooking but when you will learn the basic you won't need more than 20 minutes to eat healty. Cooking is art and I believe anybody could enjoy in it if they are willing to put some effor in it.
If you will buy fresh grocery you wouldn't need any artificial addition which I believe is exellent.
Great thing is that you are already physical active, but because your high blod pressure you should give up on salt too and drink at least 2 liters water.
And we all know sugar is no good for us

I am against violence but every action it is followed by reaction.
It has been a while since I fought this kind of battles, of course only verbally. I learned that if I am defending myself from 'violent' people in a presence of my man I degrade him, so what I do is ignore him/them. If they just talk I do not care if they become physical I expect my man to step in.
I know that this sound weird because we live in emancipation time and this statement brings ladies back in the previous century but it works for me perfectly.

Walking through an 'empty' downtown really early in the morning and today was one old street musican playing his accordion. That was perfect morning.
