I am a slightly more mature woman and happily married. I am attempting to enter my second childhood before it's too late. I am also trying to re-activate my randy teenage years. I go to the gym, mainly to swim, but not as often as I should. I am gradually upping the distance I am swimming and am now swimming a mile at a time. I am also trying to increase the "distance" and frequency of sex, but that is a little more difficult as there are two of us to motivate at the same time.
