Tempers of War and Love
Vaga will make it out a live . . .
It’s cold and rainy, Vaga stands in front of a Spanish-villa. He stands there thinking of the events that brought him here:
Men dressed in suits sit at a large table. An elderly gentleman sitting at the end of the table addresses the other men, "Hello, I’m glad you all could make it. The matter at hand is my age. I’m growing old and I will not be here forever. What I am saying is I want to retire. We need to take a vote on who will be my successor. In front of you is a small slip of paper. Write down who you see as most fit to run things. Fold your nomination and place it into the box." The elderly man points to a small box at the center of the table.
The men write down their choice and place it in the box. The old gentleman looks at the box in the center of the table, he calls out an order, "Vaga, bring me the box."
A man far younger than the other men stands up from his seat and brings the box to the old man. Vaga takes his seat again; and the old man looks through the slips of papers, he becomes pensive and rubs the wrinkles on his forehead, he clears his throat and then he speaks, "Vaga, please leave the room."
Vaga gets up from his seat and walks out of the room; and then, the old man continues, "Okay, there is a tie between Vaga and Sangrio," the old man points to a dapper gentleman as he speaks, his voice: serious and direct, "While Vaga is my grandson and all his achievements have made me very proud and have made all of us in this room lots of money; at the same time, I still think he is still far too young and lacks the experience to run the family. . ." The old man pauses for a moment and clears his throat, "Vaga needs to prove himself beyond any doubt--I want to send Death after him."
The men at the table break out in commotion. One of Vaga’s supporters speaks up, and speaks on Vaga’s behalf, "Hasn’t he proven himself enough?! He took over the Chavo-cartel, many thought he was on a suicide mission, including myself; but now thanks to him our family has control over the finest cocaine on mother earth."
Another man interrupts him, "But I agree with the boss, he is far too young." The table breaks out in argument again.
The old man clears his throat and the room gets quiet again, and then he speaks, his voice: composed and assertive, "Juan-Diego, what do you think of Vaga leading the family?"
Juan-Diego answers the boss, "Vaga is a very capable general, and his ability and leadership is shocking for someone of his age. He brought an end to the feud between Las Vegas and LA. We even get a take of what the Indian casinos bring in, due to him; and his taking over of the Chavo-cartel proved that his men will die for him. The young man is impressive by all means, however, he is still at that age where a man‘s arrogance overwhelms his better judgment and for that reason I voted for Sangrio."
The old man then looks at Sangrio, "What are your thoughts on Vaga?"
Sangrio looks the old man square in eyes, he is the only man that can do so without repercussions, Sangrio speaks, his voice confident and firm, "If he can takes out Death then I will get on my knees, kiss his hand, and pledge my alliance."
One of Vaga’s supporters bursts out, "We’ll be sending him to his death! Vaga can’t survive Death. His father was the greatest of us all," all the men around the table nod in agreement, "And even the great Balltio could not survive Death, god rest his soul."
The old man sets his hand on the table, "It is settled, Vaga will be made to confront Death, if he overcomes Death he will be my successor." All the men nod their heads in agreement.
The men leave and Vaga comes back in to the room; He sits down, and the old man talks to him, his voice: cold and sturdy, "Vaga we have agreed that you must pass one final test in order for the other men to call you Boss."
Vaga, cool and reserved, answers, "What do I have to do?"
The old man explains the task, "There is a key hidden in a Mansion, you must find this key before dawn breaks."
Vaga smiles as he addresses his grandfather, his voice is enthusiastic and filled with energy, "That’s it? I will pass this test and as the new leader, I will make you proud, grandfather."
The old man smiles as he talks to his grandson, "That’s my boy."
Vaga gets up from his seat and leaves his grandfather’s presence, in order to confront his rite; and so, here he stands outside the villa, in the rain, with his hand on the doorknob, hesitating and wondering, "Can I really do it?" and at the same time, a women by the name of Niccole stands inside wondering the same thing.
Niccole looks around at the other people standing around in the house, and she thinks to herself, "How could I be so stupid? Are all these people here to find that key?"
Niccole recalls what brought her here to this villa in Spain:
She’s in her small apartment looking through the mail on the table and she notices an out of place envelope. Niccole opens the envelope and reads the content:
You are in heavy debt. It seems like it will take forever for you to pay off your tuition debts, and a girl has to stay looking good--Gucci and Prada. Combined with the fact that you can’t seem to find that guy, just right for you. You want to find him as soon as possible so you can spend your life learning him. You don’t want to grow old without a man. You don’t want to settle, however, having someone that will give you the affection you need is better than not having it. Settling is not so bad. The stress of it all seems too much to bear and you feel like you’re going under. In the envelope is a round trip ticket to Spain. When you land in Spain a car will be waiting for you, this car will take you to a Villa. You will spend one day and one night at the villa. Your goal is to find the key of the house before dawn breaks. If you succeed the villa will be yours along with a hundred million dollars, and the love of your life will show himself.
-Signed, Your Guardian Angel -
Niccole looks around at the other people in the villa. There are an old couple, a young couple, a woman by herself and a man all alone, who looks to be around Niccole’s age.
The young couple introduce themselves, "Hi I’m Larry and this beautiful lady next to me is Sandra."
Niccole’s own thoughts drown out the sound of Larry’s voice, "I wonder which of these two men is the man of my dreams? Larry seems confident, well spoken and he’s good looking. I don’t think that old man is the man of my dreams, besides, he and his wife seem to be very happily married."
Niccole’s attention moves to the guy by himself, "This guy, he is very handsome, he’s tall, looks strong and he doesn’t have anyone holding his hand. I think we found a winner."
The man by himself speaks, his voice is articulate and well projected, "Hello I’m Damian. I’m guessing that we are all here for the same reason; to find the key of this villa and claim the hundred million dollars. I have a suggestion, let us all help one another find the key by searching different parts of this mansion. This will almost guarantee that we get the prize. We can then split the prize evenly among all parties."
Larry inquires, "What about the house? Who will get to have this villa?"
Damian thinks for a moment, "How about the one, or couple, who actually find the key will get this villa?"
Larry nods his head and agrees, "Sounds good to me."
Everyone else nods in agreement and then Damian speaks, "Okay so everyone pick a part of the villa to search. We only have one day. This house is huge and the key can be anywhere."
They all agree to go there separate ways, in search of the key.
The entrance door opens and a man walks in. He is well dressed. He has sunglasses on with dark lenses and the frames are made of gold, he is wearing a white long sleeve buttoned shirt, a silk tie, black slacks and black dress shoes. He has a large diamond in each of his earlobes, and a large platinum chain is for the most part, hidden under his shirt, only the part that loops around his neck can be seen. His nails are neatly manicured and coated with a clear varnish.
He takes off his sunglasses and lets them hang from the center of his shirt and then he speaks, his voice: calm and confident, "Hello good morning everyone. My name is Vaga. Is everyone also here to look for the key?"
They all nod and Vaga continues, "I suggest we work as a team in order to guarantee we find the key. We can share the prize that we will get from finding the key."
Larry points to Damian as he speaks out, "Damian already suggested that we work as a team and split the prize money and that’s what we are going to do."
Vaga looks at Damian, he studies him intensely. Vaga notices the man’s watch, the watch is plain and does not really catch one‘s eye.
Vaga quickly diverts his attention from Damian, "Okay I’ll team up with these two women." Vaga walks over to Niccole and Lisa.
He thinks to himself, "Who is this guy Damian? That watch he has . . . Dad had one just like it. I have to keep my eye on this guy."
Vaga snaps out from his thoughts.
He gives the two women a smile as he offers friendly chit-chat, "Okay lets find that key, time is wasting."
Everyone begins their search for the key of the house. Unknown to Vaga, this day would turn into a night that would prove to be fateful. He will be put to the test either emerging tempered by the forges of destiny or cracked by the heats of fate . . .
Vaga stands there wounded and bloody and gasping for air. His legs struggle to hold himself up. He is looking down at Damian, the man he just killed. Lisa is leaning against the wall, and Niccole is sitting on the ground next to Lisa.
Niccole studies Vaga, "Damn those are some big muscles. How did he get them so big?"
She laughs to herself, "His arms are as big as my legs. Look at his chest! I mean damn his chest is probably bigger then mine."
She looks down at her own chest and then looks back at Vaga, "I wonder if those things can be milked?" Her eyes marvel at the sight of his abdominal muscles, "His abs, those can’t be real. What is this guy? Is everything on his body so hard?"
He sees Lisa and Niccole watching him, "What are you guys looking at?"
Lisa answers, "You look like shit."
"You should not criticizes the man that just saved your life."
Lisa rolls her eyes at Vaga, "Put a shirt on. You’re bleeding all over the place."
Vaga smiles showing his white and perfectly lined teeth, "Too much man for you?"
Lisa’s brow rises as she gives Vaga a look of disgust, "Too much? More like not enough."
Vaga gives a chuckle causing his chest muscles to bounce, "Come over here and find out."
"Whatever, all those steroids have gone to your head and have probably shriveled up your dick."
Vaga becomes serious, "As I said before come over here and find out."
Lisa smiles and thinks to herself, "Stupid guy doesn’t know that I’m a lesbian."
She taunts Vaga, "I bet you can’t even get me wet."
Vaga straightens his posture, causing his whole body to flex.
He stares at Lisa and a gleam shines in his eyes, "If I had my way I would have you dripping."
Lisa walks over to Vaga, "Let’s see if you’re as big as you look."
Niccole thinks to herself as she watches Lisa walk over to Vaga, "She’s really going to do it?"
Lisa gets to Vaga and unzips his pants.
Niccole’s eye-brows slightly rises as she sees Lisa reach into Vaga’s pants, "Oh my, she’s really doing it."
Lisa pulls his dick out and rigorously strokes it. Vaga puts his left hand on Lisa’s cheek, gently rubbing the side of her face. His right hand rubs her body through her shirt. He kisses her.
Niccole’s mouth beings to water a little, as she watches Vaga and Lisa make out, "His hands looks so soft, and his lips they look so juicy. It doesn’t look like she’s kissing him back. She must not be into it."
Vaga moves his right hand to Lisa’s left breast. His hand massages her breast, softly squeezing her breast and rubbing her nipple between his fingers. Vaga’s fingers take hold of Lisa’s shirt, quickly and effortlessly, his hand rips her blouse off, with one swift tug. His hand moves on her skin; the grooves and indentations of his fingerprints making their way into the pores and lines of Lisa’s skin, his skin with her skin interlocking and becoming one.
The sensation of his hand touching her skin startles her.
"It’s too much!" Lisa catches her breath.
She pulls back from his lips and looks at him. His eyes are green. His eyelashes are long and full.
Lisa swallows the saliva in her mouth, "Okay tough-guy you want to do this? Then lets do it."
Lisa puts her lips back on his lips, "His lips are bigger than a girl’s lips and they are very soft... Like a girl’s."
In little bursts of kisses, Lisa moves her lips up the side of his face.
Her nose is in his hair, "MMmmm his hair smells like candy."
Lisa runs her hands through his long hair. Vaga rubs the outlines of her breasts. He moves his hands along her sides letting his hands rest on her hips.
Lisa moves her lips back to his lips, "I like the way his saliva tastes."
Vaga moves his hands to her backside and rubs the contours of her butt. He pulls her pants down and Lisa wiggles out of them the rest of the way. He grips her ass; he makes sure he has a firm hold on her butt and then he lifts her up.
Now sitting in his hands Lisa looks at Vaga and he talks to her, "Now we are eye-to-eye," he gives her a kiss, "Can you put it in for me? I would do it myself but as you can see my hands are full."
Lisa reaches for his dick but quickly lets go of it, "Ouch! Your dick is burning hot!"
Vaga says nothing and just continues kissing her. She grabs his cock and quickly guides it in. Vaga bends his legs causing his pole to slide out a little. He swings his hips into her. Lisa’s body flinches as Vaga fits into her. He pushes into her over and over, with no sign of stopping. Lisa wraps her arms around his neck and rests her head on his shoulder. Vaga continues to focus on her.
Lisa concentrates on the feeling of him, "God damn! If you keep this pace up you won’t last much longer."
The vigorous movement in her gets to her and she bites down on his shoulder. The pain from Lisa’s bite excites Vaga, adrenaline rushes through his veins and down to his cock--SMASH--pussy and dick collide; fluid seeps out her, running down her thighs and along his shaft; her juices drip off his sack, and her teeth sink deeper into his shoulder--SMASH--again he stuffs her; Lisa moans, and the puddle on the ground gets larger. She closes her eyes: her mind grows calm; her body relaxes; tears squeeze out from her shut eyelids, and her body briefly shakes. Her teeth let go of him.
She gives him a small kiss on the cheek, "Okay you can let me down now."
Vaga ignores her and keeps going.
Lisa calls to him again, "Dude, let me down!"
Vaga continues to ignore her. Lisa pushes off his chest. Her ass slips out of his hands and she falls to the ground.
Vaga looks at her on the ground, "What happened?"
Lisa gets up off the ground, "I’m done, for now. That’s what happened."
"But I’m not done yet."
Lisa turns and beings to walk out of the room.
Without looking at him, she speaks to Vaga, "Well I’m done and that’s all that matters."
Lisa walks out of the room.
Vaga walks over to Niccole, who is still sitting down, "May I sit down?"
"It’s a free country."
Vaga sits down, "Thanks for helping me. If you had not stabbed him I am sure we both would have killed one another."
Niccole looks at Vaga, "Who was that guy? And why was he killing everyone?"
Without the slightest change in his facial expression Vaga answers Niccole’s questions, "He was most likely an assassin sent to kill us all."
Niccole becomes confused, "Why would someone want me dead? I have not done anything."
"The reasons as to why we were set up to be killed are not important. We are alive, so forget about it."
Niccole studies Vaga, "Are you... an assassin, like him?"
Vaga’s face is serious, "No, I’m not like him--I’m not an assassin... Just a regular guy who was lured in by a promise."
Niccole thinks to herself, "He got the same letter. We most likely got the same letter promising riches and true love."
Then she speaks aloud, "Well I’m glad you were here. You saved me and Lisa."
Vaga, deep in his thoughts, nods his head as he talk, out-loud to himself, "Yeah they underestimated me, not even death can stop me."
Niccole’s eyes wander a little too low, "Ummm, can you please put some pants on?"
Vaga smiles, "Oh I’m sorry I had forgot I was not wearing any." He walks over to his pants and puts them on.
"How can you forget you are not wearing pants?! That’s not something you forget."
Vaga shrugs, his voice: casual and nonchalant, "I’m not that smart, sometimes I forget things."
Slightly assured and concerned, Niccole questions Vaga, "But how can you forget that you are not wearing pants?"
Vaga becomes defensive, "Look, I don’t know. Some guys have big brains and can remember all kinds of stuff. I’m not one of them, so get off my case." Vaga walks up to Niccole, his voice is soft and gentle, "I’m really sorry for walking around naked."
"It’s okay, you have a small brain and you forget simple things like putting your pants back on."
Vaga smiles, "Thank you for understanding me. However, there is one thing on my mind. May I have kiss as my reward for saving your life?"
Niccole grows a little nervous, "Ummm--okay."
Vaga moves closer to her and their lips meet. His hands hold the sides of her arms, gently squeezing around her slender arms.
Niccole’s mind is racing with thoughts as she tries to take in all the little subtleties of the moment, "His hands are soft. They looked like they would be soft but they‘re softer than I thought."
With their lips still connected, Vaga moves his arms around her; he slightly tightens his embrace, causing her body to come closer to him, "He’s a good kisser. I wonder how many girls he has kissed?"
His lips play with her lips. His arms wrap tighter around her until his chest is upon her chest, "I can feel his heart beat. It’s slow. I guess my kisses are not exciting enough for him. Well let's make it a little more exciting."
Niccole slips her tongue into his mouth. His teeth lightly brush along her taste-buds, their tongues mingle, like a sponge her tongue absorbs his saliva. She pulls her tongue back and lets his saliva slide down her throat. His tongue chases after her tongue and he pushes his tongue up against her tongue, up and down his tongue moves on hers. He strengthens his grasp around her body and then he straightens his posture, causing Niccole’s feet to be lifted from the ground.
"I change my mind. I don’t want to know how many girls he has kissed."
He pulls his tongue back and a smile forms on his face.
She can feel his lips tighten as he smiles, "His lips are smooth."
His lips move to her neck. He leans backwards, allowing her body to rest on his.
In-between kisses, he begins to sing to her, "Baby let me love you dooown..."
Niccole catches the scent of his hair, "His hair smells good, like candy. I wonder what kind of shampoo he uses?"
She runs her fingers through his long hair, "It's so soft and shiny. He must use the expensive shampoo. Why did he come here? Clearly it is not for the money... Maybe he’s looking for love?"
Vaga moves his lips back to her lips while continuing his song, "...There’s so many ways to love you..."
Niccole’s heart starts to beat faster as she feels him, "Oh dang! I guess someone is getting a little too excited. God Damn, does this guy eat Viagra for breakfast?"
Vaga rubs her body and continues to kiss her, "...Ooooh baby, I can love you down..."
Niccole thinks to herself, as Vaga sings to her, "Why would he come here looking for love? There is no way he’s single."
Niccole recalls how he had his way with Lisa, "I bet he has like fifty girl friends. He fucked Lisa like it was normal and a guy doesn’t get that good without practice--lots and lots of practice."
Niccole grows a little sad, "Sorry for thinking you could have been the love of my life. I’m not going to let him have his way. I’m not going to give into him."
Vaga sets Niccole down. He holds her hand. He says nothing. She says nothing. A few moment pass and Lisa walks in with a huge strap on dildo.
Vaga questions Lisa, "What are you planning on doing with that?"
Lisa answers him, "Round two, now come over here, big boy."
Vaga shakes his head, "No way!"
Niccole states the obvious, "Hey look, it’s the same size as yours," she lets go of Vaga’s hand, "Okay, go have fun."
Vaga looks at Niccole, "You have to be kidding, there is no way I’m letting her put that in me!"
Lisa calls to Vaga, "Why not?! I let you put yours in me. Now it’s my turn."
"No way! You are a woman. You were made to take dick. I am a man, dick is not designed to go into me."
Lisa walks closer to Vaga, "Is it your first time? Don’t worry I’ll be gentle."
Niccole has a smug look on her face. She pushes Vaga towards Lisa, "See, she’ll be gentle."
Vaga steps back next to Niccole and takes hold of her hand, "No, I’m sorry I can’t do that because I promised Niccole that I would marry her."
Both Niccole and Lisa give Vaga an odd look. Niccole questions him, "You didn’t promise me any such thing."
"Sure I did. What do you think singing to you and kissing you means? That means I want you to be my wife."
Niccole gives him an angry look, "Yeah right, you’re so full of shit. You just don’t want Lisa to put her thing in you."
Vaga tries to make his point to Niccole, "I’m holding your hand. To me, that should mean something."
Niccole lets go of Vaga’s hand.
Lisa talks to Vaga, "How come you want to marry her? What’s wrong with me?"
Vaga answers Lisa, "Nothing is wrong with you. You are a lesbian so don’t act like you want me."
"What makes you think I’m a lesbian?"
"When you touched my dick you were shocked to feel that it was hot. Only a virgin or a lesbian would be shocked that my dick is hot and just call it a hunch, but I’m guessing you’re not a virgin."
For a second Lisa is dumbfounded. She sheepishly admits her secret, "You’re right I’m not a virgin. But I know at least one guy I like."
"You don’t like me. You like my dick, that’s different."
Lisa agrees with Vaga, "Yeah you’re right."
Vaga takes Niccole’s hand again, "Now, I belong to one woman and only one woman."
Niccole lets go of his hand, "Knock it off, it’s not funny any more."
Vaga grabs her hand again, "You knock it off, I’m trying to make a commitment here."
"You don’t even know me."
"Then I’ll take you out on a date, then we’ll get married."
Niccole gives him a blank expression, "It’s going to take a lot more than just one date to get to know me. You don‘t have a lot of experience in commitment, do you?"
Vaga stays silent. Niccole answers his silence, "Cat got your tongue?"
Vaga answer, "I don’t care what you say. I still want to marry you."
Niccole faces Vaga and looks him in the eyes, "I want a marriage that will last for life."
"And I want the same."
Niccole rolls her eyes at him, "Yeah okay."
"Why don’t you believe me, do I look like I’m joking?"
Niccole explains to him, "Vaga, I don’t know if you know this, but take a look in the mirror. You’re not the settling down type."
"I guess I’m just going to have to show you that I am."
"Yup, you’re going to have to."
The entrance door to the villa opens. Men dressed in suits walk in. One of the men addresses Vaga, "Do you have the key?"
Vaga walks over to the dead body of Damian and takes the key that is hanging around his neck. "Yes here it is," Vaga hands the key over.
Vaga walks out of the villa into the morning sunlight. He is met by many men dressed in suits. A few of the men are carrying a casket that was meant for him. Vaga’s grandfather walks up to him. The old man takes off a conspicuous ring and slides it on Vaga’s ring finger.
He hugs Vaga and gives him a kiss on the cheek, "You have made me proud."
Vaga accepts the ring and the boss’s blessings; he hugs his grandfather, his voice: humble and gracious, "Thank you grandfather."
Sangrio walks up to Vaga, he gets on one knee and kisses Vaga’s hand, "Jefe..."
A man walks up to Vaga, "Boss, what should we do with these two females?"
"The brunette, give her the reward she was promised; and the blond one treat with respect, she’s my fiancée."
Vaga looks off into the horizon, seeing something unseen.
And so what would later become known as the "Vaga era" begins ...
