She had a long emotional day
Now it was time to go home
But first she had to catch the train
And walk a little way to her door.
 
Once inside she dropped her bags
And laid on the couch
Until she heard a whisper
“Darling, come to me... “
 
Seeing nothing as she looked around
She closes her eyes once more…
After a moment or two a feathery touch
brushes a strand of hair away from her face.
 
Opening her eyes as she jumps up
But again, she sees no one
Deciding she must be tired
She heads up to her room
 
Walking in she notices rose petals
Scattered all over her bed
And hears a whisper,
“Darling, please hurry and come to me”
 
Slowly looking around her room
Noticing nothing out of place
She heads to the bathroom
the aroma of Roses and vanilla fills the air.
 
Not entirely sure what is happening
But smiling to herself
As this feels somewhat familiar
She decides to go with the flow.
 
She closes her eyes sensing a presence
Softly brushing against her lips
as his scent surrounds her
and she loses herself in it.
 
Slowly moving back and forth
Twirling around the room
Moving together as one 
As if they were floating on air.
 
Each lost in the other caress
And feelings of love, lust and desire
As her heart quickens
she whispers “It will always be you, my Darling!”
