I heard you,
As you sat in your leather chair,
Your voice barely audible,
Stating with lust,
“Assume the Position”

I stood at your doorway
Watching you,
As your eyes tried to
Conceal the lust
And your body shifted
Trying to hide more.

I moved into your office
Deliberately slow
Feeling this was like, a
Game of Cat and Mouse
Though unsure at the moment
Who was which.

I felt the increasingly
Electric air swirl between us.
Crackle
Swish
Sizzle
The hot air.

I felt my heart thudding
As I sat down across from you.
I see your face flushed
I see the tremor in your hand
As you picked up your pen.
Mouse.

I crossed my legs
Your eyes are drawn down
I see you swallow hard
And shift again
In your leather chair.
Mouse.

I know what you want
I felt it in the air
I saw it in your eyes
As my own body reacted
Involuntarily
Under my business attire.

I stood up, smiling at you.
Cat.
Watched your face change with
The desire flaring
Within you.
Mouse.

I walked around your big desk
Watched you intently.
Then stopped.
I leaned over slightly as
I placed my hands on your blotter.

I heard your breath suck in and
I whispered,
“Assuming the Position”
