Going through the motions,
with no ending in sight.
One looks toward the heavens,
in the hope for insight.

The sun rays cast down,
as the earth hesitates.
It struggles, it breaks,
Yes, ... even making mistakes.

Wait, start over,
holding the line.
Achieving the outcome,
that becomes one's in time.

Remember to nourish,
shelter and love.
This is the foundation,
for what you feel deprived of.

If taken for granted,
one could be left all alone.
You need to work on this together,
not on one's own.

So, if you wonder what happened,
what could have been.
