Unfocussed and spiteful - that's not a criticism, it sums up the mess of emotions.

As an explosive reaction it works - but it lacks the insight of Crushed - the barriers are now up, the defences are set.

If there's another one it'll be interesting which direction you go.

I'm sure you're going through something painful at the moment, I hope this is helping.
