You’ve got to let go of what’s
No longer relevant or useful in your life
So don’t worry
Don’t always think
That tears are sad
Sometimes the tears are a letting go
Of past ghosts and outmoded conditionings
Shedding the tears, is sending them off with a goodbye
To help you repair yourself again
Let go and move on
From the stuff you no longer need to carry
Don’t apologize for the tears
Life is a learning curve
On which tears are the drops of past knowledge
And a sign of hope
For the future.
