A deep sigh left Jaden Dennis' mouth as his plane landed at Philadelphia International Airport
. He couldn't hold his smile in even if he tried because he was home. Finally, after almost a year—after eight months he was home
. He was there as one of the acts playing at Power House on Sunday, but at the moment, he couldn't care less about all that.
It was Monday, so that meant he had a week back home and he was going to savor every minute of it. He was back in the real world, where he wasn't Jaden, the R&B star, but Jaden Dennis, the man
. He was going to get some rest and relaxation while chilling with his family and friends.
"Glad to be home, I see." His manager AJ said with a smile.
Jaden grinned like a cat, "Ahh, you know it."
"Well, there's a car waiting outside. . ."
"Along with a flock of reporters," Jaden interrupted.
AJ laughed, "That too, but make it short and brief with them 'cause you know your family's waiting on you."
Jaden nodded, "Yeah, I called Shateira and she's all ready at the house."
"You can't wait to go home, huh?"
"I can't wait another second," Jaden said before blotting toward the plane's exit.
He waited for the stewardess to open the door and when she did, his hazel eyes were hit with the flashes of what seemed like a hundred cameras. AJ came up from behind him and put a supportive hand on his shoulder. Jaden gave her a nod and took his first step off the plane, reporters crowding around and shouting questions.
"Welcome back! How does it feel to be back home, Jaden?"
"Where's your first stop going to be?"
"Is there anyone special you've come back to see?"
Jaden smirked at all the questions asked of him. He knew a lot of nosey people in his life, but no one was nosier than reporters.
"First off, it feels great to be back home in Philly." he began, walking down the steps. "There are a lot
of special people I'm trying to see and if you all excuse me, I'm off to my first stop—home."
The driver of Jaden's car opened the passenger side door for him and AJ to get in as the reporters kept shouting questions. Jaden rolled his window down, so they could get their fix of him, waving and flashing the peace sign.
"Peace and love, y'all, but I got to go home!" he shouted just before the car sped off for Sharpnack and Upsal Street in the Hood of North Philly.
The drive from the airport was a good half an hour. All through it Jaden still couldn't believe he was home. He pinched himself a few times to see if he wasn't dreaming and when he arrived in front of his old house; he pinched himself so hard that he bled a little. Stepping out of the car, the driver handed Jaden his travel bag that he slung over his shoulder.
He smiled bright at his house, "Home sweet home."
"Isn't it," AJ said before giving him a side hug. "Well, what're you waiting for, Jay?"
"Nothing," Jaden said as walked onto the porch and rang the doorbell.
The door instantly opened as Shateira answered. After pushing the door open, she pulled her little brother into a hug.
"Hey, baby boy." she said hugging him tightly while kissing his cheek and forehead. "I missed you so much."
"I missed you too, sis."
"Mom and Dad here?" Jaden quizzed as brother and sister separated.
"Yeah, they're in the backyard." she said while giving AJ a knowing look behind his back.
"Let's go then. I know Ma's been waiting on me." Jaden said rushing past her into the house.
Jaden made a beeline straight for the backyard, but was stopped dead in his tracks by his family and friends yelling, "Surprise!"
Shateira and AJ hugged both sides of him suddenly as a few tears fell from his eyes. His eyes looked up to see a huge "Welcome Home Jaden
" banner with balloons everywhere along the smell of his favorite foods that he knew his mother cooked. Wiping the tears from his eyes, Jaden composed himself and stepped outside. He hugged his mother, Janet and shook hands with his father, Wayne.
"Hey, Jay-Jay." His mother said after kissing him square on the lips.
"Why didn't you give a brother some warning, Shateira?"
Shateira shoved him playfully, "'Cause it's called a surprise
Jaden smirked, "Well, I'm definitely surprised, sis."
"When you see who's here than you'll be even more surprised."
"I bet," Jaden said to himself and his certainly was as he met up with people he hadn't seen in years.
He was amazed so many of his family members and friends were there. His former B4L
band mates were in attendance along with neo-soul diva, Kayla and Atlanta's hottest rapper, Sean Major.
"Yo, Sean, what're you and Kayla doing here?" he asked giving Sean dap.
"C'mon, it's you're homecoming, Jay, like we'd miss it. Plus we're playing Power House too."
"We're going to turn that place up and out." Sean added.
"You know it," Jaden said with a laugh.
"Mmhm, I'll talk to you later 'cause I see a fine piece of ass coming this way."
Jaden laughed, turning around to see the eye candy Sean was checking out and his eyes widened as he let out a low gasp. The chick they were both staring at was drop dead sexy. She had long black, wavy hair with brown skin colored in the sweetest shade of apple-butter. The woman's body was curved in all the right directions with a slim waist, a plump, juicy backside, and 38DDs.
Sean was drooling with his mouth hanging open while Jaden and the woman's eyes stayed on one another as the woman was Giselle Williams. Three years had passed between them, but they could have spotted each other anywhere like needles in a haystack. Jaden could never forget Giselle since she was his best friend since they were little kids and while they never truly dated, she was his high school sweetheart. Even though they hadn't seen each other physically in three years, they kept in contact through Facebook.
"Damn . . . just damn, Jay. Please tell me you know her, so you can hook me up."
Jaden smirked, "I know her, but no
"C'mon, Jay. I came all the way from the ATL for this. A guy's got needs,"
"I feel you, but no
. Find another chick to bed. She's off limits,"
"Damn, you got history with her?"
"A whole lot, Sean."
"Good or bad?"
"So, why didn't y'all get together?"
"We were placed on two completely different life paths, but can you find somewhere to be 'cause I don't need a wingman for this."
"A'ight, man." Sean said with a nod, giving Jaden departing dap. "Handle your business and I'll check you later."
Sean left Jaden standing there as he came face to face with Giselle, who looked stunning in the red and yellow sundress she wore. Jaden couldn't help, but stare at her for a minute.
Giselle's hands found her wide hips, "So, are you just going to stand there or are you going to make me beg for a hug, Jay-Jay."
Jaden wrapped his arms around her and inhaled the sweet smell of cinnamon—Giselle's signature scent.
"I'd never make you beg for anything, Giselle." he told her, hugging her tight.
As the two friends disconnected, Jaden caught Giselle slyly giving him a once over and she liked what she saw, licking her bright pink lips suggestively. Jaden knew he looked good from the moment he finished getting dressed that morning. He wore white Adidas
sneakers, dark blue denim jeans, and a black t-shirt with an open red flannel button-up shirt over it. It was simple, but it accentuated his muscles while bringing out his bronze skin and the tattoos on his right arm.
"I know there's a party going on, but do you think we could get away and talk?" Giselle suggested.
Jaden smiled, "Since you're my best friend and all, I don't think anyone will mind."
"Where can we go?" Giselle quizzed.
"Ma's going to kill me, but how about my room?" Jaden joked.
Giselle laughed, "I think that'll work."
Moments later, Jaden and Giselle walked into Jaden's old bedroom and while Giselle sat on his bed, Jaden took in his surroundings because his parents hadn't changed one thing since he left to pursue his music career. His room was still painted sky blue with his pictures of Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson, and Stevie Wonder hanging on the wall. His urban fiction books were stacked neatly on his bookshelf while on his dresser sat his first place science fair trophies along with pictures of him and Giselle from his prom and high school graduation.
Giselle stood up, picking up one of his old trophies, "Do you even remember how much of a nerd you were, Jaden?"
"Yup, every time I just randomly start researching stuff on the internet."
Giselle giggled, "You still
do that? You're such a nerd."
"Hey, my curiosity just peaks at times, but you're one to talk miss R.N. saving people lives . . . I'm proud of you, girl."
"Not as proud as I am of you, mister New Breakout Artist. I was watching the VMAs. I damn near jumped out of my seat when you won."
Jaden laughed, imagining her reaction to him winning his latest award.
"Yeah, I can see you doing that."
"Shut up," Giselle replied with a hand wave. "Seriously though, you did it, Jaden. You went after your dreams and succeeded."
Jaden pulled Giselle towards him, wrapping his arms around her. "Well, I would have never left if it hadn't been for you. You were my biggest supporter back then, Giselle."
"Back then? I still am. I was wondering why you didn't talk to me about your scandal with AJ."
"I didn't want to drag you into all that. The tabloids are monsters. They don't care who they hurt as long as they get a good story out of it."
"I know, but I'm just glad you came out of it all right. You know I worry about you."
Jaden's hands slid down Giselle's back and they rested on her backside, "You're always worrying about me."
Giselle moaned as Jaden squeezed her booty, "I really don't have a choice when you keep putting yourself in dumb situations."
"Like when Chris and his friends used to pick on you or when you tried to stand up to your dad. Or. . ."
"I get it," Jaden cut her off. "You were always there for me though, baby girl."
Jaden and Giselle's lips locked together quickly in a passionate kiss. Giselle moaned as Jaden's tongue slipped into her mouth. Three years had passed, but the love between them was still there. It had been there since both of them hit puberty. Their love was like a flame. You could put it out for awhile, but when it was ignited again, it burned just as bright as before.
"Damn, y'all two are still at this?" Shateira's voice suddenly asked, making them break their kiss. "Will y'all please just get married all ready!"
"You can't knock, Shateira?" Jaden asked, annoyed.
"The door was wide open, Jay. Just be happy it's me and not Ma."
"You've got a point there, but can you give us a minute."
"Yeah," Shateira said with a smirk before walking away from the lovebirds.
"Um, so, why don't we head back outside, huh?" Giselle said awkwardly as she was still in Jaden's arms.
"Yeah," Jaden said with a nod. "At least I know you still love me."
Giselle kissed Jaden softly, "I never stopped, but at least I know that you still love me too."
Jaden returned the kiss with one filled with his passion, "I see you've got jokes, but I never stopped either."
"We should probably stop kissing, Jay-Jay."
"Mmhm, we both know we don't want to."
"We have to 'cause people are going to wonder where the guest of honor is,"
Jaden broke his hold on Giselle and let her rejoin the party. He grabbed the picture of him and Giselle together at their high school graduation, smiling. He gave his old bedroom a scan with his eyes. Just like his room, nothing had changed with Giselle. She still held his heart. She'd been holding it forever, but it wasn't until twelfth grade and the night after Jaden's graduation party that he finally got to truly show it.
Jaden remembered the night well as it was the night he and his father's relationship changed—the night Jaden chose to follow his dreams.Three Years Ago. . .
It was ten 'o clock at night and the fun atmosphere from Jaden's graduation party had been swallowed by the tension of the heated argument between the Dennis men in front of the Dennis women.
"Really, Jaden?! You're still trying to pursue this music bullshit?!" Wayne yelled.
"It's not bullshit, Pop! It's my dream. They offered me a recording contract and everything." Jaden countered, angry at his father's stubborn ways.
"This music thing, son, there's no future in it. There's no pension, no 401 (k) plan. . ."
"401 (k) plan?" Jaden cut his father off. "This coming from a man, whose family lives off of food stamps and an SSI check. Dad, I can change all that. For all of y'all. You say there's no future, but I know I can make it."
"There's no future in that except if you're looking to sell your damn soul to make money, Jaden."
"Y'all always said that I was a good writer and a great singer. I love doing it, so why not get paid to do what I love?"
sing, Daddy." Shateira interjected.
"Will doing what he loves guarantee food on the table, no, Shateira!" Wayne roared, silencing his daughter.
Wayne turned back to Jaden, "Back to you. Why can't you just go to college like your mother and I want?"
"They offered me a deal and I'm taking it. It's my
life not yours!" Jaden shouted, getting in his father's face.
Janet and Shateira gave each other concerned looks as it looked as if the men were about to come to blows.
"All right, that's enough." Janet spoke up, standing from her seat and getting in between the men. "Calm down, y'all."
Janet hugged her son and kissed his forehead, "Look, baby, your Dad just wants the best for you."
"No, he doesn't, Ma. He wants what's best for him
not for me," Jaden told her. "This isn't just about my music. It's about Dad's lack of respect for me and what I love. I'm doing this for the family, so we'll never have to struggle with bills or worry about food when we use up the last bit we have on the Access
With that Jaden went to his room, slamming the door shut only to reemerge a few minutes later with his jacket on and book bag over his shoulder.
"Where do you think you're going, boy?" Wayne quizzed enraged.
"Out," Was all Jaden replied with before walking out the front door as his father didn't know where he was going, but he along with Janet and Shateira knew exactly where—to Giselle's.
A quick walk up the street and around the corner led Jaden straight to Giselle's. When he made it to Giselle's house, he found her standing outside waiting on him after he called her before leaving his house.
"Come in, but you've got to be quiet." Giselle said as she led Jaden into her bedroom.
"Is your mom here, Giselle?" Jaden asked nervously.
"No, my mom's not here, but she will be in a while and you know she'd kill me if she knew you were in here, Jay-Jay."
She went to her bedside table and retrieved a pillow and blanket, so Jaden could sleep on the floor. They'd done this many a time before. As the more Jaden dreamed of a music career, the more he and his father argued, forcing him (secretly) to spend the night at Giselle's.
"We've been best friends since first grade. Your mama knows me and I know to be gone before she wakes up." Jaden said, sitting on the floor and leaning up against Giselle's bed.
"So, what's the matter? Is it your dad again?"
"Yeah, we got into another fight about my music again and I got so mad that I stepped up to him." Jaden explained.
"Y'all didn't fight did you?" Giselle questioned, sitting beside him.
"Naw, my mom got between us. He says there's no future in my music, but I know I can make it."
Giselle put a supportive arm around him, "He couldn't have said that. Look at all his favorite artists. Marvin Gaye made it. Sam Cooke made it."
"He said it straight to my face. You know what, I don't even care. I can't understand why he's so fucking close-minded."
Jaden let out a sigh, "I haven't told anyone yet, but remember that talent show I did a while back?"
"Well, this talent scout named Alexis offered me a contract to sign with her label, A&B
"What?!" Giselle asked with a stunned look on her face.
"She's trying to put this Jackson 5, New Edition type group together and she wants me in it. I'm ready to sign and get out of Philly. If I sign I'm moving to New York."
"So, what are sitting here for, Jaden? You better sign. This is what you've been wanting. You better go after it."
"I know wanting my family's approval and all that, it's really been me just buying time. I'm only here for you anyway. I know with my music and you going to college, we're going to lose each other."
Giselle shook her head at Jaden's last statement, "Uh-uh."
"Giselle, you're going to Penn State. I don't know what I'm going to do without you."
At Jaden's words, all Giselle could do was hug him. She hated to admit it, but he was right. They were going in two different directions and there was no meeting in the middle of it. Both teens' emotions were running high and as they ended their embrace, their emotions spilled over into a passionate kiss started by Jaden which Giselle reciprocated instantly. The kiss was hot, long, and before the two knew what was truly happening, they found themselves naked in Giselle's bed.
The two friends slept together this night, but it would turn out to be their last night together since Jaden signed with A&B
the following day and was gone by the next week. So, from then on, both kept the memory of this night in their hearts, but never brought up it. They never needed to. They loved one another, but their life paths separated them and they wouldn't even let love stop them from achieving the goals they'd set for themselves. The Present. . .
Jaden went back to the party and enjoyed himself, but all he could think about was being alone with Giselle again. The party started outside, but quickly moved all over since it was mid-January and it was a brisk day. People were inside the house and out. Jaden missed his mother's home-cooking and having his personal life blend with his professional under genuine circumstances was nice. The whole day was cool except for when Jaden let everyone listen to the demo of his newest unreleased single and Wayne walked out of the room. It pissed Jaden off, but support from his mother, sister, and Giselle quelled the situation before anything could start.
"How long do we have you, Jay-Jay?" Janet asked as everyone sat outside.
"Just a week, Ma. I'm performing at Power House on Sunday with Sean and Kayla then I got to head back to New York. I'm just trying to rest up really. The concert Sunday is actually the first one of a ten-city tour. Touring's not easy and I'm just glad I get to chill before it all starts."
"Lord knows you need it, too."
"Once we hit the road though we're going to light the country on fire." Sean spoke up, giving Jaden a pound.
"I've got a few rehearsals for Power House, but other than that I'm free."
"Good, so at least we've got time to catch up." Giselle said putting an arm around him.
"Didn't y'all do that all ready?" Janet asked, giving them a look. "Y'all were in the house for a whole half hour."
"We talked for a little, but that was just a quick stroll down memory lane." Jaden spoke up at his mother's gaze.
"Yeah, we got interrupted and had to cut it short." Giselle added.
"Aww," Shateira cooed. "I know how close y'all were growing up. Don't mind us. Head in the house and keep at what y'all were doing."
Jaden and Giselle glanced at each other a minute, because Shateira knew what they were about to do. Earlier she busting their chops for it, but now she was giving them an out. Since they kissed each other earlier, there was only one thing on both of their minds. Knowing it could be there only chance to be alone again though, they took it.
"Thanks, sis." Jaden said, standing up.
"Don't mention it," Shateira said giving her brother a knowing wink.
Once again, the high school sweethearts were back in Jaden's room, but things weren't jumping off like each thought it would. The two friends stood close, strolling back down memory lane, talking about prom, being nerds and how unpopular they were in school. After a joke though, Giselle broke out laughing.
Jaden smirked at her, "What? The joke wasn't that funny, Giselle."
"No, it's not that
. It's just- -I know why we're here, Jay-Jay, but it's funny 'cause last time we were like this
we were in my bedroom and now we're in yours." Giselle explained. "Plus your mom didn't change it, so it feels kind of feels like fate or something. I never forgot that night."
"What night, Giselle?" Jaden quizzed, feigning like he didn't know what she was talking about.
"C'mon, Jay-Jay. Please don't tell me you forgot." Giselle said wrapping her arms around Jaden's neck. "Are you that--Was--You don't remember?"
"You came over after that fight with your dad," Giselle said, starting to plant gentle kisses on Jaden's face, the memories of their night together fueling her actions. "It was us
, we--you don't remember under my girlie bed sheets."
With each new kiss, she began caressing Jaden more and more. "You don't remember having your tongue in places. . ."
She was silenced by Jaden kissing her back. "Yeah, I remember it all, baby. I was just playing. I could never forget it. I told you that I loved you that night and since we all ready christened your bed, why don't we do the same to mine."
"Hmm, I've wanted to do that since I knew you were coming home."
Jaden kissed Giselle again and again. He honestly couldn't stop. He swore her thick lips were sweeter than he remembered though her body was even more intoxicating. He couldn't help, but feast on her mouth while he peeled the top of her dress down.
"Oh, Jay-Jay. I can't tell you how much I've missed you," Giselle panted, yanking the flannel off of him then ripped his black t-shirt away like it was made of paper. She nibbled at the corners of Jaden's lips, raking her fingers down his back.
Jaden reached down and cupped both of her ass cheeks, giving them a good squeeze causing her to quiver and gasp. They disconnected as she reached for the front clasp of her bra and unsnapped it, presenting her tits to him and Jaden's mouth watered at the sight of them. Giselle leaned forward to kiss the tip Jaden's nose and brush her large, full breasts against his muscular chest. He reached out, squeezing and pinching her chocolate nipples until they were the size of marbles.
"Oooh, shit, baby. Bite them,"
Doing as he was told, Jaden dipped his head, sucking on her nipples into his mouth. Giselle gasped, moaned, and squirmed. It felt like the night in her room all over again. As Jaden went to work on her body, the rest of their clothes came away. After what seemed like an eternity of kissing, caressing, and breast munching, Jaden finally eased Giselle onto his bed. His hand found its way in between her legs and found that Giselle was soaking wet and ready for him. He was just as horny though as his dick was so hard that he thought he'd poke a hole in the bed. Jaden kissed and licked down her body, feeling a fire burning within him something fierce. He positioned his love's legs east and west before plunging into her balls deep with one stroke.
Giselle reached out and clawed at his chest, "Aw, shit, baby."
The feeling of erotic ecstasy fell over them as Giselle's eyes rolled to the back of her head at Jaden's strokes while Jaden's eyes did the same at the feel of Giselle's vaginal muscles squeezing and pulsing around his manhood. It was as if their bodies were made for fucking each other as they instantly found a slow, gentle rhythm to groove to until Giselle started playing games by squeezing and relaxing her womanly muscles on purpose.
"You like that, baby?" she whispered as Jaden's breathing came out in short gasps, which she just smiled at and rocked her hips.
Jaden let out a laugh as Giselle had changed up the rhythm on him.
"Ahh," he groaned, grabbing her hips, trying to change the tempo back, but Giselle wasn't having any of that.
She had set her own rhythm, rocking back and forth while squeezing Jaden's pipe tighter and tighter.
"Ooooh, baby. I missed this dick so much, Jay-Jay." she moaned, her pussy slurping and popping as if co-signing to what she was saying. "This is the best dick I've ever had. Let me show you how much I missed you, Jay-Jay."
The next thing Jaden knew he was flat on his back and Giselle was on top of him with his dick still inside her, maintaining her mean pussy grip. Jaden was trying to savor this moment and last for as long as possible, but Giselle wanted his nut like a junkie needing their next high. She was fiending for it. She rode him fast, slow, then grinded on his cock. She would pull up slowly then slide back down and swivel her hips like the figure eight, making Jaden's spine tingle and his back hunch.
"Damn, girl. You feel so good," he moaned and hissed.
"You like how I do this, Jaden?" Giselle cooed against his ear.
"Hell, yeah." he replied, grabbing her ass and spending a wave of pleasure through her by dipping a finger into her tight asshole.
"Oooooooh!" she moaned at being penetrated, tossing her head back and thrusting her titties forward into her lover's face.
Jaden began lapping her chest up with his tongue as they were both fucking and sucking in perfect harmonious bliss, but the heat only got turned up even more. Jaden locked an arm her Giselle's waist, scooted near the foot of the bed, and put her on her back. He threw her legs over his shoulders and pounded the pussy with his ten inches until it sounded like his dick and her vagina were holding a conversation. Giselle whimpered and moaned, but took everything Jaden had to give her and then some, thrusting back with equal force.
"Oooooh, yes. Fuck me harder," Giselle begged. "Show me how much you want this pussy. Aaaaaah shit, baby. Fuck me, Jay-Jay!"
Jaden pulled out, but a second later, he was hitting Giselle doggy-style. It made have been a brisk day outside, but inside it was like an inferno in Jaden's room as sweat was pouring off their bodies.
"Ooooh, baby. That's my spot," Giselle panted. "That's my motherfucking spot. Oooooh! Shit, I'm going to cum."
Jaden grabbed hold of her shoulders, "Then cum, baby. Give Jay-Jay all you've got."
In the next second, a giggle from Giselle turned into scream as her warm creamy, juices gushed all over Jaden's dick and the sight of it was all it took for Jaden's orgasm to hit him too. He popped his top like a champagne bottle, spraying his nut inside her. Jaden and Giselle collapsed on the bed, Giselle instantly cuddling up beside her love. A twinge of sadness hit her and it showed in her eyes.
"What's wrong?" Jaden asked.
"Do you really only have a week back home, Jay-Jay?"
"Yeah, unfortunately. I wish I had longer than that, so we could spend some more time together. I've only got rehearsals tomorrow and Thursday. Maybe we could hook up then?"
"I've got to work tomorrow, but Thursday I'm off."
"Cool, 'cause I'm not trying to leave you like I did last time. You know, without a real goodbye."
"Hey, I understood when you left so soon. The music industry works quickly and you've got to keep up or get left behind."
Jaden kissed her lips, "Yeah, but I'm going to give you a real goodbye this time, Giselle. Are you coming to see me perform, Sunday?"
Giselle kissed back, "Yeah and it's not a goodbye Jay-Jay, but 'See you later'."
"Hmm, so I'll see you later
Thursday and Sunday, mama."
"I all ready can't wait."
Jaden and Giselle held each other close. Even though they didn't want to admit it, they both wanted to be with the other so bad, but just like back when they were teens, they weren't going to let love stop them from going down their chosen paths or force the other to give up their life to be together. In another space, in another time, they would have gotten together, but as it stood right then—they were content with being best friends and after just transpired, part-time lovers.Sunday Night: The Power House Concert
Jaden stood backstage hopping in place, getting himself hyped up for his performance. He smiled watching Sean on stage doing his thing. He stopped hopping when a pair hands began massaging his shoulders.
"Hey, AJ." Jaden said, not even looking over his shoulder.
"You ready, baby boy. It's about to be your stage in a minute,"
"I know and I'm going to give them a new song, AJ."
"A- -A new song? Why didn't you tell me before, Jaden?" AJ chastised him.
"It's all good, AJ. I practiced it with the band on Thursday. Is Giselle out there?"
"Yeah, why?" AJ quizzed.
"'Cause I wrote it for her. I know she's going to like it,"
Sean finished his set and came backstage.
"Yo, Sean, you did your thing out there, man." Jaden praised him while giving him dap.
"Mmhm, Just make sure you do your
thing out there, Jay." Sean replied as the Emcee began to announce that Jaden was about to perform.
"You know I will,"
"Give them the business, man."
"He was the youngest member of B4L
, but like the name of his new solo album, he's own his own." the Emcee continued. "I want all y'all to make some noise and show some fucking hometown love for Jaden Dennis!!!"
The people erupted into thunderous applause, whistles, and screams as Jaden stepped on stage. He stepped to the microphone as the band started the music of the song he wrote. His eyes scanned the crowd, finding Giselle sitting in the front row with Shateira and pointed to her, but all the other women in the crowd thought he was pointing to them. He waited for the cheering to die down a bit before he spoke.
"I know y'all want to hear my hits and I'm going to give them to you, but first I'm going to give y'all something new." he began. "I call this new one "O, Precious One
" and I hope y'all enjoy it."
His words set the crowd off again into wild frenzy while he and Giselle shared a knowing glance, Giselle knowing the new song was about her.
