About VanGogh

The stories I have written have a recurring theme: office sex, older woman (milf) and younger man (cub). I enjoy writing poetry: erotic poems have again an office theme, love poems have been about a man I adored. The majority of my stories are Flash ... meaning under 2000 words, so you won't get too bored!!

I am very proud to have

I eat real butter. I refridgerate the block of butter and cut a portion into a beautiful butter dish that I use that I leave at room temperature.

I prefer to eat real food than a manufactured margerine.

Butter and margarine serve the same purpose. They are used for cooking, baking and as spreads.

Butter has been a dietary staple for centuries.

It is made by churning the fatty portion of cow’s milk until it turns into the final product… butter. That’s it.

Margarine is totally different. It is a highly processed food that was invented to replace butter. The primary ingredient is vegetable oil along with emulsifiers, colorants and various artificial ingredients.

Hydrogenated fats are also known as trans fats, which are highly toxic and strongly associated with heart disease.

Historically, margarine used to be loaded with trans fats. Today there are some trans-fat free varieties available.

However, be aware that manufacturers can label their products trans-fat free as long as there is less than 0.5 grams of trans fats per serving.

To make sure you’re avoiding trans fats, read labels. If it says “hydrogenated” anywhere on the ingredients list, then avoid it.

But even though a margarine is genuinely trans-fat free, it can still be bad for you.

The vegetable oils used in them, such as soybean and safflower oil, may be seriously harmful on their own.

These types of oils are the biggest sources of polyunsaturated Omega-6 fatty acids in the diet, which we’re already eating too much of

Topic: Eggs - in the fridge or no?
Posted: 31 Aug 2015 19:32

Interesting question.

I put my eggs in the fridge.

My grandparents had a chicken coop, and would put the eggs after collecting them in the basement where it was cooler, but they never (that I know of) put the eggs in the fridge.

I have a number of baking recipes where it calls for room temperature eggs to be incorporated.

I believe either way is ok to store them .... just as long as there are no cracks in the shells - I wouldn't use those for consumption.

Rule 11: if you are angry at someone, don't make the grave mistake of confronting them openly like an adult. Rookie mistake. Rather, leave obscure little references to your resentment in various Forum posts like bread crumbs, specific enough to make them uncomfortable, but vague enough to preserve deniability.

oh .... this is so high school-like .... and I bust up laughing when I read that they are so over it, so mature, blah blah blah.

again .... heavy drama for all of us to watch and be entertained by!

sage words ....

I have witnessed since my original time here in 2009 a whole lot of relationships.

Majority of them are similar to high school, laden with drama and changing partners like regular oil changes. I'm always leary of those folks and tend to just watch with fascination on how they continue. Great entertainment.

Then you will see those (a much smaller percentage) members that follow many of the guidelines above. For those people, this lush love is likely real life as well. As Nicola has said ... we have many couples who transferred from online to real life with getting married (to each other).

Great thread .... keep up the good work!

Master Penman ... Fall In Love with Writing

This is a wonderful interview about Penmanship.

I loved his comment:

"we are abdicating so much of what we are learning and retaining, not to our own memories, but to the memories of our computers and other devices ...... what if the Declaration of Independence was written in an email? How special or personal would that have been?"

I find that "writing onto paper increases my retention of information". Hence why when I go shopping, I seem to buy stuff that was on my last shopping list, still thinking I need more .... baking powder! confused1

Anyways - For more information about this amazing young Master Penman .... Master Penman Jake Weidmann

Interesting thread.

I see lots of well thought-out dialogue, people relating the topic to their own life and the odd banter about someone getting banned .... not sure why that's a part of this discussion, except that it shows how easily distracted some people become.

(*laughing here .... not surprised at how wound up some people become and derailed here)

In Your Office

I love finding you Wearing your dark suit  Sitting at your desk  Busy with business. I lounge against the door frame With a smile on my face  Wearing your favourite black linen dress And a strand of pearls. You feel my presence Looking up from your work, your eyes  Travel from my black high heels,  Caressing my bare legs. You watch me close your door, And walk over to your desk ...

Recommended Read An Alluring Ass

His cell phone vibrated in his suit jacket pocket as a text message was received. Looking around the boardroom, most of the people were looking at the vice-president, who was speaking in front of the Powerpoint presentation, or at their laptops or tablets. He pulled his phone out and saw, “One unread message from S.” His cock stirred, as it always did when she remembered him. He clicked...

Recommended Read The Secretary and The Student - The Morning After

It was Saturday very early in the morning when I awoke in Ryan's big messy bed. The blinds were still open and the evening had slowly turned into a new day. The darkness was now various shades of grays and soft ambers from the rising sun. I felt Ryan snuggled up behind me; his right arm over my body and his hand cupping my breast. I listened to him softly breathing. I lay there thinking, "...

The Secretary and The Student - The Work Week

Monday arrived. I love Mondays! I am usually very busy as my partners have this habit of working over the weekend and my “to do list” is a little long. I don’t mind, as they are great to work for. Honestly though, on this Monday I was a little nervous about going to work because of the weekend I had had enjoying a very naked and much younger man, who was also an Articling Student at the Firm....

The Student and I made it through our first few weeks of our new-found relationship with many wet orgasmic messes along the way. The damn sexy texts did not help either! I really had to be careful. I had...

The Secretary and The Student – Sweet Soreness

I awoke at the sound of Ryan’s apartment door closing shut. Click . Underneath the morning sheets, before I opened my eyes, I felt Ryan snuggled up behind me with his arm and leg possessively over me. My hand moved out and felt that Phil’s spot was vacant and cool. I drifted off back to sleep, lulled by Ryan’s body warmth and soft breathing. I awoke again when I heard my cell phone...
