Got a 1950s one that has been tweaked to work on a digital line. Not long after our teenage son asked how do I redial!

I have one of these and love it far more than a push button phone!

It's a digital replica but still dials. It feels and looks great.

That's a shame. The ones I regret are the ones that disappear for no apparent reason, especially when think you've formed a special relationship.

Yes, especially those kind of 'special friends'.

An awesome band of highly respected musicians in their own right who formed to perform the classical music they loved in a rock fashion.

Topic Brits: Please explain the 'Brexit' situation

But is this, from somebody who is "obviously not British" and also not original.?

Though I'm obviously not British, I've been following this quite closely both before the vote and since. The one thing that strikes me, having seen an exercise in real democracy play out before my very eyes, is the number of Brits who didn't see the result they wanted and are now quite eager to overturn a democratic result. One wonders if the vote was 51-49 in favor of Remain, would these same people be so eager for a do-over? Somehow I doubt it.

In that spirit I'll share with you the following. No, they aren't my words. They can be properly attributed to Paul Joseph Watson:

Were you a Remain campaigner? Are you sore about the referendum result? Check out these 10 top self-comforting strategies.

1.) Call every white person who voted Leave a "racist", ignoring the fact that Europeans are also white. Make sure you ignore and marginalise ethnic minority leave voters.

2.) Claim that the (huge) turnout wasn't high enough. 72%? It should have been at least 75%! 80%? It should have been 85%! Make sure to keep moving the goalposts.

3.) Make a stupid e-petition demanding another referendum, just like the socialists did when Labour lost last year. We need to keep having referendums until we get the "right" result.

4.) Get over-excited about the economy, even if the impact has been pretty boring and mundane. Pretend that your 2:2 in English Literature makes you an expert on currency markets.

5.) Attack the very idea of Democracy, because it's only a good thing when it goes the way you want it to. Working class voters don't know what's good for them, but middle class liberals definitely do.

6.) Share memes bashing Brexit, ignoring the unwelcome and uncomfortable realisation that you are in the minority of public opinion.

7.) Boldly claim that Scotland will leave the UK, forgetting that A) they can't afford to B) the EU can't afford to take them C) 1.6m remain votes don't cancel out 2m NO votes.

8.) Make fun of Boris Johnson while sweating slightly and really hoping he doesn't become Prime Minister.

9.) Learn absolutely nothing from the campaign, blaming the result on everyone but yourself. Scaremongering and bullying are clearly the best tactics to use, there's no way they could possibly backfire.

10.) Curl up in a ball and cry yourself to sleep while listening to "Ode to Joy".

So:
1.)The Minority (49%) did not call all the leavers racist but many racist assaults have taken place. Colour does not make race. Are Germans, Poles, Latvians, etc. not races?

2.)I didn't complain about the turnout, nor did many others but those who didn't vote have no right to say anything.

3.)the "stupid e-petition" was raised by a leave campaigner before the referendum.

4.)The pound has plummeted, companies are already looking at moving out at the cost of thousands of jobs, interest rates are to be cut, credit rating is negative... need I go on about what else may be "boring and mundane" to a non-EU citizen?

5.)Nobody attacks democracy, just the fact that this was only just over 50-50 and the campaign, on BOTH sides was nothing but a web of lies and scaremongering.

6.)Don't care about memes

7.)Regardless of the risks involved and whether the EU will take them or whether they can afford it, Scotland is highly likely to vote for independence as are Northern Ireland.

8.)The Boris Johnson who lead the UK into this mess and now has no clue how to sort it out so steps down?

9.)"Learn absolutely nothing"? Look up the word 'Bregret'.

10.)Doesn't even warrant a comment.

So Amy, this is all this "Internet Keyboard Warrior" (Not name calling?) will say on the subject. You just sit back in your cosy nest on the other side of the water and enjoy watching us suffer.

Oh, take your head out of your ass. And adopt a sense of humor. And then fuck off yourself. I don't recall singling you out in my post.. please grow the fuck up.

Can we all play nice, please!

Thank you

D x

When an arrogant airhead insults my homeland and deeply offends me with an attack on something she knows nothing about, obviously, and then pretends that it is humour then no, Danielle, I will not play nicely.
Amy, you attacked 49% of the UK population with your puerile post so yes, you did attack me! Learn what humour actually is before opening that vile mouth of yours and then, try learning a little about what is actually happening in the UK and about how divisive and destructive this referendum has been. Take a look at how some of the 'Leave' voters have treated European visitors and residents and then tell me it is humour and then, when you have done all that, don't bother me again unless it is to apologise.

Not sure what good it will do but I have signed this, here is the link if anyone else wants to.

One can only hope Parliament will use this loop hole and that the people who voted out will realise their mistake and not vote so again if we are granted a second chance...which as I said is unlikely according to what I have read but we can hope.

I also signed it and then wrote this:
