Topic Study of 10,000 Pornstars, makes for some interesting reading
Posted 19 Feb 2013 21:13

Interesting survey. I was also surprised at the short career length for the women in porn. I wonder if the porn audience is always looking for a new face and prefers newer younger stars. That could push the "veterans" out of the biz.

BTW Niddi703, is nikki your "lush" name or your real name? I think it is chosen as a stage name because it has a sexy and fun vibe to it. I'm just sayin'.

Hawks Win! Hawks Win! They tied the record for most consecutive wins without a regulation time loss! So, it's 13-0-3. What a great start of the season. The poster above me is totally correct. Take it each game at a time and the Stanley Cup playoffs will be here before you know it.

Anyway, good luck Blackhawks.

Boy, that had to hurt! On the pain scale of 1 to 10, that would be an 11 (Tip of the hat to Spinal Tap)! There's just no way in the world I could do that to myself. Hell, I don't care if it was on my ear, I still wouldn't do it!

Topic And I always thought Kansas was the most bass akwards state in America...

Way back in the early 60's our family vacation was a trip to Florida. We're from the Chicago area and we would pile into the Chevy and drive down. This was a period of time when in the South I would see "white only" on restroom doors and water fountains, which my Dad explained to me. As a kid I thought how unfair that was and how awful life must be for black people. In Florida we stayed at a nice motel with a huge pool and a beautiful white sand beach! There was a black gentleman that was the maintenance/handy man at the motel. My Dad struck up a conversation with him and found out he was a baseball fan, which was all it took for my Dad to take an immediate liking to him. So each day my Dad would talk about the baseball scores from the previous day while the guy cleaned the pool. Then one day my Dad & I were outside the coffee shop with me enjoying an ice cream cone and Dad talking baseball with the maintenance guy (I wish I could remember his name!). A car with Alabama plates pulls up, a family of four gets out, and the Dad yells in our direction, "Boy, Boy, come get these bags!" I looked up because I thought he was yelling at me. With that the black maintenance man, in a voice I had never heard him use, says "Yassir, boss" and does a perfect Steppin Fetchit (Google it) immitation towards the car. It must have taken him 5 minutes to slowly walk 30 feet. I asked my Dad why his voice was different and why did he move so slow? Dad said it was a act of protest and disrespect toward the jerk from Alabama. My mother later told me that the all the black folks that worked in the hotels/motels had to be off the island at 5:00 pm each day, apparently it upset people from the deep south to see "colored people" walking around in the dark. I felt like I was visiting Mars, not a state in the USA.

A mean drunk. I knew one woman that got very cuddly and sensual when she drank. I knew another one that couldn't stop talking when she drank. But the one that got mean after a few drinks scared the hell out of me. Lock up the knives and scissors boys cuz' she's had a few.

Topic Have you ever had sex with someone while driving?

Years ago I got a sweet handjob while driving around on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't even have to ask for it, it was spontaneously and surprisingly offered to me! Naturally I returned to favor to her since it is quite easy to steer one handed. It was alot of fun!

beer: belongs back in the horse it came from.
whiskey: Almost any whiskey is welcomed in my house. In a chilled glass on the rocks taken one delicious sip at a time!
wine: a nice Reisling is good.

Cold and covered for sure! The older I get the more I hate the heat. If it is a bit cold, you can always put on another sweater. And there's nothing like taking a walk in Jaunuary or February and taking in a long deep breath of cold winter air.

I first saw my teachers cry. It was Nov. 22, 1963 and they told us the President was killed in Dallas. The teachers asked us all to say a prayer for his family and the country. I had never been asked to pray by a teacher before because I went to a public school. I was 9 years old.

Topic Ever fallen in love with someone you can't have?
Posted 14 Feb 2013 21:06

Yes , many years ago. We met in 5th grade and she always could always make me laugh. There was something about her sense of humor that was just spot on with mine. We weren't close friends, just classmates. In junior high (now they call it Middle school) we didn't have any classes in common, so we kind of lost touch. I had a girlfriend when we got to high school. I would see her in the hallways and we would chat and, of course, I would laugh like crazy. She hung out with the really popular kids, which I wasn't part of in any way, shape or form. How could I ask her out? I thought she'd never go out with someone as plain as me.

She went away to college, I went to a diffenent one and I got married. After college I would run into her in town now and then, and sure enough she would make me laugh. Sadly, within 10 years of graduating high school she was gone. She died from complications from anorexia. I have often wondered what life might have been like if I wasn't so shy about asking her out for a date back in high school. I still think of her and how much I enjoyed school back in 5th grade because of her. I wonder how painful her life must have been battling anorexia. She deserved better.

Dating for seven weeks and he's going out with the "guys" on Valentines Day? WTF???? Ditch this looser. I'm old enough to believe that Valentines Day is for the ladies. So, it's all about what you want to do on that day.

If he wasn't such an idiot, he would know to bring you some flowers and take you out for a romantic dinner at the restaurant of YOUR choice. You deserve it.

Topic Febfast - Giving up Alcohol for a Month, means...
Posted 11 Feb 2013 20:50

I'm in my 50's and after all these years I have found that the less I drink, the more I enjoy it. I don't mean I enjoy the fact that I am drinking less. I mean I find that I enjoy each drink so much more. I do not drink every day, and when I do drink, I only have 1 drink. To sit down and enjoy a glass of scotch on the rocks, or a manhattan, or a bloody mary is a welcomed treat. I'm not interested in getting drunk, I'm interested in savoring the taste of the alcohol.

So, I have decided to spend the next few months trying a variety of whiskeys (or whiskys) and appreciating them for their differences. What a wonderful journey it will be!
