I cooked breakfast for supper for my wife & I. Scrambled eggs, hot buttery grits, country ham, diced hash browns, sawmill gravy, blackberry jam, and homemade buttermilk biscuits.

I was going to have a tossed salad. But as I was picking up all of the pieces I remembered that I had not cleaned the floor,,
Thought about going over to Chrissy 123, but just cant handle beer.
Looking for some water wings & a snorkel. Headed towards Liz's. The sound of "Mustard chicken & black Forest Affogato, sounds absolutely delicious..

That actually sounds kinda good. Like something they would make at California Pizza Kitchen.

Thick cut pork chops (salted, peppered, brown, finished in a moderate oven-love my cast iron!) topping a nice bed of romaine, with tomatoes and cucumbers.

I am looking forward to Barbecued Baby Back Ribs dripping in hot sauce, sweet cole slaw, barbecue baked beans, cracklin corn on the cob, and ice cold beer.

My six year old gets to pick Tuesday night's dinner. Split hot dogs broiled with a pickle and cheese in the middle and wrapped in bacon. Potato chips, Ken's baked beans, and chocolate milk. This was the sixth straight Tuesday! Aaaarrghhh!

That (JessicaX) sounds better than I fix for myself at night. Last night was a preboxed pasta salad (from grocery store), Tapioca pudding, chips, and a healthy serving of candy. And that was more healthy than most.
