My Lover's PrayerOtis Redding. Reminds me of my high school on Friday Nights at the Dance in the gym. Lights were low. Hanging with friends, possibly dancing with a girl I was sweet on at the time. Lots of other songs, but this one stands out. On a tragic note: Otis was killed in a plane crash, like lots of other artists of that time. He was 26 years old.

Blue Rodeo - Try

Originally released in 1987 by what became one of Canada's favourite bands, this song was the backup to more good times for me than any other. Warm summer nights in Southern Ontario, a cute girl, and this song.....
