Tonight, it is finger steaks. Most of you won't know what those are, but they are delicious. Similar to chicken fingers, in that they are breaded and deep fried, but are made from steak (I prefer chopped steak) instead of chicken.

Chicken Tikka Masala and a salad with oil and vinegar dressing, but I would loved to have Sea Basa and fries instead. Maybe Lucy would not mind sharing :P

Are those "brown field peas" the same as black eyed peas? Was your creamed corn home made? It all sounds amazing!!!

Mine: London Broil, baked potato, salad and iced tea

The 'brown field peas' are the same shade of dark brown all over and a crunchier than black eyed peas, but each pea is about the same size. The creamed corn came from my granddad's. They freeze it and store in plastic containers. It's white sweet corn. I love it. I also get cornmeal for the cornbread from him. I'm trying to learn all I can about all that from him.

Tonight I had baked chicken breast, green beans, steamed carrots, mashed potatoes & brown gravy with white wine.
