Does a good old fashion shampoo (hair washing) get the juices flowing?

Only if done in the right setting and the person doing it for me is helping to make the mood...

Kisses!

Not in the directly sexual way that causes juices to flow - it's more erotic, a bonding process with a partner. Run a bath, add scented candles and a glass of wine and you'd be onto a romantic winner... which would win you a few points ;)

Agree if it is part of more extensive fore play, then yes. My SO shampooed my hair (as did my ex) after I had had surgery and was unable to do it on my own. As well as helping me bathe. But when done for just the obvious purposes of ashing, not so much.
