I always get caught when i play about anyne give me advise how to not look or seem so guilty the worst thing is she always tells me to crack on with it then goes mad when she finds out. All advise welcome and needed.

The obvious answer here is DON'T do it! - that way, she won't get mad. Another answer is if you can't be faithful - leave her and stop hurting her!

first..dont cheat as everyone ends up hurt
second...dont cheat if you suck at it cuz everyone ends up hurt
but if you really wanna know how to do it here's some advice:
a COVER.. you need one of these..a good tight one. usually employing a good friend for this works, someone who will lie their asses of for you.
put as much truth into the lies you tell as they will be more plausible and easier to remember
dont fuck in your back yard...girls talk and u will be found out so leave her friends and family alone
dont be stupid (cough) erase any and all texts, IMs emails, whatever...and dont post cutesy shit on the other girls FB. women are curious and we check up.
so um there are a few methods you can employ to help keep your ass outta hot water. but really, NOT cheating is the best way to go. luck to you..i think youre gonna need it ;)
umm... wow... i don't even know what to say here, only i'm a little confused - do you keep getting caught cheating, or looking at porn, or masturbating? if you could clear that up, i might even have something to add.
