Most people don't know this, but Gav has been working on this project, part-time, for over 6 months.

He has switched all our data storage from MS SQL (Micro$oft - who wanted $4000+ p.a, per server (and we have 2)), over to an Open Source (free) Solution.

The end result is fantastic. Moving forward, we are scalable, and a heck of a lot faster.

Brilliant job Gav, I couldn't have got lush anywhere near this far without you (and the rest of the team)

Congrats Gav. I no longer use Micro$oft Windows OS but instead using a free open source Linux Ubuntu. More stable less prone to virus attack.

Thanks, Gav for all of your hard work. I was getting so brassed off with the site crashing so many times, I am sure others were as well. It was a long 24 hours but it was amazing how many jobs I caught up on. This site is so addictive
