Hi,

If you have been sent a message inviting you to publish anywhere other than on lush, please:

a) Do not reply.

b) Send me a copy of the message.

It is most likely a scam, particularly if they have not had the decency to contact me first, asking for permission.

It breaks our terms and conditions to try and solicit our authors:

Quote:
I agree not to promote any competing erotica / sex story sites, anywhere on lushstories.com. This includes solicitation of our authors / members via private messaging or other means.

We are both a web publisher, and an ePublisher. We spend a great deal of time making sure the quality standards are high, helping authors improve their craft, and showing off their work.

We do not allow other organisations to come in and try to piggyback off all our hard work.

Please report all infractions.

Thank you.

Nicola

Give the scamming slimeballs credit, they know where to look for good writers.

Funny thing is, none of those bottom-feeders has contacted me. Very strange. ;)

Writing is not necessarily something to be ashamed of, but do it in private and wash your hands afterwords. - ROBERT HEINLEIN

The one I deleted today simply went to the competition pages, and started contacting all the winners.

No professional trusted publisher would try such underhanded tactics, and I'm heartened by the fact I had 3 messages about them in my inbox, within hours of their approaches.

That shows the strength of this community.
