Shiraz is my ultimate weakness. But I've recently fallen for fine scotch, neat with a drop of water.

Liquor: Rum. Havana comes to mind.

I used to drink Ranier beer, but you can only get it in the northwest, so drink coors lite.

When drinking, which is seldom...give me Bombay and tonic. Better yet, give me ice coffee.

A good chardonnay, or riesling wine is very good. But of course it is made that much more enjoyable by the company that is enjoying with me..

Doesn't anyone like 'Rum' nowadays? Best of all I would say. No hangovers with it at all. I like mine on the rocks.

Beer: Anything Belgian (never anything American). If I had to pick, mmm...
Light Ale: Delirium Tremens or Westmalle Trappist. Close 3rd is a Belle-Vue Kriek.
Dark Ale: Guinness
=====

Liquor: Whiskey, probably Jack. I also like a good Ginger Bourbon Lemonade.

=====

Wine: Chardonnay and I'm pretty sure everyone loves Champagne.

Beer: When it is in season, i love Sam Adam's Octoberfest. All other months, i really enjoy micro brews or Local brews.
Wine: Don't drink a whole lot but im not a big dry wine fan.
Liquor: I can drink whisky all day. A nice bourbon or whisky with a coke a cola, *cold* and im set.

i like them all the same way: plentiful.

past that, though....

beer: guinness on nitro, room temp

wine: mckinley pinot noir, from southern oregon. any year will do.

whiskey: johnnie walker blue if it's available, basil hayden if not. up and neat. if i am drunk and forget myself, however, i am definitely ordering laphroaig.

When i was in Germany i had a bunch of different beers that i loved, my favorite was definetly Farnys kristal-weizen. Tey generally put a slice of lemon in with it, but i liked it without the lemon. Dunkel beer was also awesome!
