Do you even need to bring it up first? Unless she's uncomfortable receiving oral I don't see how it would bother her. After you finish and want to give it a try, just start working your way down and make your intentions clear. If she wants you to stop, she'll say so...but she'll probably just be thrilled for the extra attention you're about to administer.
