I'm not refering to Viagra, or cialis for flat out ED problems and i'm pretty sure that one needs a script in order to get those anyway. just wonder if any of you gents have tried out Extenze , Enzyte or any uncommon brand name. I'm kind of skeptical about taking any kind of pill without a Doctor's note .

Those pills do pretty much the same as ED meds but pose more health risks. They just increase the blood flow which in turn widens the blood vessels giving you a "larger" penis. The effects only last as long as you are taking the pills. From Wikipedia: Ira Sharlip, a spokesman for the American Urological Association, has said, "There is no such thing as a penis pill that works. These are all things that are sold for profit. There's no science or substance behind them." The only real way to increase your size is by using a penis extender. Constant pulling pressure applied to the penis causes the skin cells to divide and multiply, stretching your penis. This is a long process and will take months, but eventually you'll notice yourself lengthening. Don't know about gaining girth though.

I recently read of a man in Thailand who'd had a penile injection (far too common for comfort among Thai men) to increase the size. One of the usual ingredients that is injected is olive oil. (I couldn't say if he ejaculated salad dressing or not). So, eventually he developed a really aggressive cancer and had to have the thing removed.
So, I suppose the moral to that story is something like - are the risks worth the benefits?
It seems to me there would be three main reasons for a guy to try enhancement.
1) To increase his self esteem.
2) To attract more women
3) To better satisfy a woman

And No3 - Well, No3 isn't an issue. If she's not satisfied with your size, let it be her problem.
If you think you need something like Cialis or Viagra why on earth would want to avoid going to the doctors. Seriously, it's not going to be the most embarrassing thing he or she will have heard THAT DAY.
Whenever a part of your body isn't working properly it's worthwhile getting it checked out - there could be an underlying problem that needs sorting.
