I seem to be finding lots of very cool bands. This is another new find:

Band of Horses, previously known as Horses, is an American rock band formed in 2004 in Seattle by Ben Bridwell. The video is boring - but the music is awesome!!

Enjoy!!

I am on a roll, Oberon!!!

Neon Trees is a rock band from Provo, Utah, with origins in Temecula, California. Formed initially by neighbors Tyler Glenn (lead vocals/keyboards) and Chris Allen (guitars), the band made its first home in Provo, eventually adding Branden Campbell (bass) and Elaine Bradley (drums/vocals) to the lineup.

Enjoy!

Van

Hey Van,,

Great songs!
Thanks.

For some reason the opening of Band of Horse Is There a Ghost reminded me of Roxy Music just a little..

Oberon ... and other music buddies:

Broken Bells
is an American rock music band composed of artist-producer Brian Burton (better known as Danger Mouse) and James Mercer, the lead vocalist and guitarist for the Albuquerque indie rock band The Shins. Broken Bells compose and create as a duo, but are joined by a full band on tour.

Hope you like it .....

LOVE this new find ... O.A.R. Kind of reminds me of Snow Patrol. I seem to hit repeat a lot with these guys. There is also a strings version of this song I'll load up shortly. Amazing!

Van

Of a Revolution, better known as O.A.R., is an American rock band consisting of Marc Roberge (vocals, guitar), Chris Culos (drums, percussion), Richard On (guitar, backing vocals), Benj Gershman (bass guitar), and Jerry DePizzo (saxophone, guitar, backing vocals). Due to massive online distribution over campus networks, the band has become a hit among college students, with many songs relating to the band members' personal lives at Thomas S. Wootton High School, growing up in Rockville, Maryland and attending Ohio State University.

I hope you enjoy these guys as much as I do ...
