With close female friends... somewhat often. Usually it involves a lot of alcohol and something randomly sexual happening in a bar or club bathroom. We don't wake up together, nor does it affect the friendship - it's more of a 'wow, that was a crazy night' conversation the next day. No big deal. It's just a moment in time.
With male friends - it doesn't happen.
