Well-made fake boobs can look great, and I've slept with a girl who had a pair of really nice looking fake tits once. I'm not much of a breast man, and I wouldn't even have noticed it if I didn't squeeze her tits and actually feel the implants being there. However, too big or too artificial looking ones are just horrible, and of course you might risk ruining your boobs by getting them enlarged.

I have no problem with both. If the fake breasts feel and look like real ones then you couldn't tell the difference. I agree with with women going to get fake ones. Why would you huge fake tits its beyond me.

On regular women, breast implants often look more along the lines of this:
The obvious ones are usually found on models with zero percent body fat or those that have picked bad/cheap surgeons or gone too big for their body frame. The newer gel implants are quite natural looking.
I am pro-choice when it comes to body modifications (unless it reaches an unhealthy/obsessive level). People should do what they want. There's no right or wrong answer. It's a personal decision for the natural A-cuppers or those whose breasts have gone to hell after childbirth or due to ageing and loss of elasticity.
If it looks good, it looks good, in my opinion!

I agree that it a personal choice. But I would hope a woman would have breast implants for her own reasons, not to fit a society image. Certainly there are lots of reasons. But breast size (or sagging) has never been an issue for me with any woman I have cared for.
But I have seen women with breast issues that have wanted surgery. In some cases there were issues that I could understand some self image problems.
But, regardless, any surgery should always be up to the individual

Not a turn off or a turn on. Not for me as I know that there is a risk with all these modern 'elective' operations just as with any operation - plus no-one knows what the long term effects are.

I don't mind if a person decides (I say person because Lady Boys/Trans do get the implants) if it makes them feel good then why not. Another reason I don't mind is for those who get their breasts taken off because of Cancer and they get their breasts molded back in shape or implants.

And they can look very natural depending in the doctor, some are much better than others. I have friends with implants. One looks and feel so real and looks great and with the other one it is obvious they are fake. I mean the don't move when she walks, LOL. A real good boob job can be very hard to tell from just looking!!
