Guys ask 'do you like giving blow jobs' and 'do you think the penis is attractive'

Why do you worry we don't? Why does this seem difficult for you to be okay with? Some of you seem outright mystified at times. This self doubt makes me wonder who ruined your self esteem and why you cling to that persons opinion so much.

I don't ever worry 'does my husband like my vagina' or 'does he like going down on me' - the fact that he says he likes it and does it without being told are signs that he does like it, you know?

Gives everyone a hug.

Some guys are, others are not. But to be fair, I think a lot of the questions asked are to draw comments aimed to titillate the person asking. I don't see a lot of the questions asked here or in the gal's section to be genuine questions at all.

With that said though, as sexes, we tend to look at sexual things differently a lot of times. We are hard wired that way. And women have more than their share of insecurities as well. ;)

Plus can you imagine the "ask" sections if people didn't ask what a lot of us consider silly or not genuine questions? LOL (crickets)

To echo JohnC, it's a bit of a generalisation to say all men are baffled by this. And yes most questions posted in the ask the gals section seem directed solely as exercises in friends list generation - "do you find penises attractive - yes? good I'll send you 50 pictures of mine".

Other reasons could be that these guys completely lack empathy or, more likely, they're sexually immature and have the idea that a woman's role in sex as purely passive.

If this question baffles a man he must be an insensitive clod!

I tend to think this has a lot to do with it. Whenever you hear about a man's sexual organ it is either a joke about how "unseemly" it is or a comment about its size and that the owner should be in porn.

I'd say there's nothing more attractive than a womans body. The curves are as satisfying as you can get. We men kinda find it hard to believe our bodies are as sexy to look at and feel as women's body's are. Plus, we're told men are driven more by "sight" than women are. Women depend more upon emotional stimulation(I dont know if im describing this correctly).

Finally, women have been known to "fake it".

I dont know if all or some of my reasons are legitimate. I suspect there is some truth in there somewhere.

Perhaps the guy had a previous girl friend that was more sex driven, was more blatantly obvious about wanting sex, or whatever. Then if he got into another relationship were the women was a bit more private about her sexual desires he might get a bit insecure?

In the end people are ridiculously complex, and I kind of doubt there is any one reason for it.

I do hope that any women who gives a bj is doing it because she enjoys doing it. I've had lovers who say the words but the actions don't support it. Variety is good, for both parties. And while its good to talk about likes and dislikes, it can remind me of the saying "maybe she doth protest too much" if overdone. She'll do it if she's in to it. He'll go down on you if he's in to it. And let's hope both are. 'Cos it can be great. So don't overdo the questions, touch and taste and work it out from reactions. Then maybe you can talk about it all, and take things further.

I would prefer to think along the lines expressed above, as opposed to considering the alternative viewpoints -

"These fucksticks are either:

A) attention whoring with the easiest and laziest manner possible.

or...

B) totally self absorbed and clueless fucktards who keep reinforcing the idea amongst many women that all men are completely brain dead.

In the end however... I merely concede and take note of yet another misfit repeatedly attempting to ramrod his dull, square self into the pretty, wet, tight, round holes.

Failing... while blaming everyone else except himself.

wait... you're saying.. they're not?

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

Some are...many seem to be.

All or most? I suppose a woman could claim such if her experiences were localized and small in number, especially.

If she's experiencing similar attitudes and lack of knowledge from all men in her neighborhood or section of the city or nightclubs she visits...

Then she needs to branch out and experience some culture...she's simply visiting the same watering holes of fucktardedness, expecting different results.

think i need to go hang out on your porch, then. hope you don't mind. and i'll try not to scandalize the neighbors too much, but dammit, sometimes i just can't be bothered to put on clothes.

I think the key word there was "completely". Most males, even when hampered by localized circulatory inflamation in their trousers, still retain enough brain function to walk, grunt, and operate the remote.

I for one, am not baffled that women like various things. I am completely baffled that they are able to switch between liking and hating widely varied things in microseconds.

Now where's my remote?

First, I don't think all of them are.

Second, many of the people on here who are asking such questions are much younger than many of us and asking out of a curiosity derived from their lack of experience and minimal array of partners.

Third, why does it matter? It's not like you were going to be fucking many of those types anyway, so why not let them ask their silly questions and be answered with only a modicum of sarcasm?

As per usual, hugs to all. Sorry I seem grouchy. Just posted on a topic about gay marriage, and you all know how fired up that can get us.

I love giving blow jobs. One of my school mates said, "That's a woman's work!" I replied, "Why should women get all the fun?"
I have always loved the sight of cock as well as pussy, and I've always liked the taste of them both, too. I understand that each of us likes what we like and dislikes whatever else. My ex didn't like the fact that I even had a cock, couldn't understand why I enjoyed sex and, by the way, she was the only one I ever had to "fake" an orgasm with!

I'm sorry, what was the question?

First of all, let's take a look at the questions asked by women here on Ask the Guys :

Is squirting gross or hot?
Tan Lines?
period sex?
what do you think about gangbang?
Do you like a kissing a girl wearing lipstick?
Is a ass play or no ass play??

Why would these questions be considered any different than those you mentioned? All kinds of questions are asked by all kinds of people, regardless of gender.

As for why people ask questions here, I think many reasons are possible : some get turned on by reading others talk about dicks, pussies and titties, some are inexperienced and simply want to learn, some are experienced but enjoy receiving feedback from a larger/different pool of people, some want to know if their sexual practices are considered 'normal' by the general population, some want to improve their skills, some are simply curious about practices they don't do themselves, etc, etc, etc...

Concerning the questions I ask myself, there's rarely a specific purpose behind them. More often than not, I create a new thread when the forums are boring and I want to provoke some action. I don't do it only for myself, but also take into consideration other people who would like to express their opinions about various subjects. Sometimes it's simply interesting to read about others' thoughts and perspectives even if it doesn't have any impact on my personal life whatsoever.

For example, the thread I started titled "Are penises meant to be ugly?" was created only for fun and to allow women to explain how they perceive the male organ. I don't have any major insecurities concerning my own penis (or how girls interact with it), but it's interesting to read how women generally perceive penises nonetheless. Just like I could ask my real life friends "Do you think the Eiffel tower is an architectural wonder, or simply looks like a pile of metal beams?".

I enjoy Lush for that very reason : I can have sexual discussions that would be a bit awkward to have in a real life situation. For example, even if I performed anal penetration in the past, it would have been quite awkward to ask women after the sex is over, lying in bed : "So, why exactly do you enjoy anal? How do you wash your anus? Can you describe the sensation? Do you enjoy it only for the physical pleasure, or do you also like it because it makes you feel like a slut?".

Personally, I'm fairly experienced and satisfied sexually, but there are still some things I'm curious about and I also enjoy random discussions. Sometimes my questions have a personal significance, sometimes not at all. Sometimes I can learn from such discussions, sometimes it turns out to be just good fun. Just like real life discussions, really ; the only difference on Lush is that these discussions are mostly of sexual nature.

Just as many motivations are possible when people answer these questions. Personally, I simply enjoy putting my thoughts into words and expose myself to my own ideas and sexual habits. It's also interesting to share my thoughts with others, so that they can learn whatever they want from them. All together, we create this massive library of 'nasty knowledge', which I think is very entertaining and enlightening.

People here are free to ask, read and answer whatever they want. Of course some threads are less interesting to me than others, but I believe everyone is free to 'obtain satisfaction' on the forums the way they want (pun intended). As long as it doesn't turn into fantasies-spamming like that 'certain someone' a few months ago, I really don't care much.
