Slo-cooker soul food. Ham hocks, mixed greens (mustard, collard, spinach, green onion tops), braised beef chunks, garlic, rice. And a ripe juicy peach.

I had a rack of pork ribs with coleslaw and macaroni and cheese. I also had an appetizer of Rocky Mountain Oysters. I never had the RM Oysters before. They are surprisingly tasty with BBQ sauce.

Lamb, marinaded with anchovies, garlic, lemon and marjoram, buttery crushed new potatoes with shallots and a herb salad. Krispy Kremes for pud - 12 originals! (not all for me sadly!)

so not wanting to put on the oven .... so .... Chicken Fajitas (made with bell peppers, red onions, zucchini, lime juice, montyjack cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream and spices) with some basmati rice (my go-to rice).

I have a pitcher of mojitos ready too!
