They can be for me, though what is too big is really a matter of proportion. On a very small, slender body, a D cup could be too big while a full, voluptuous figure could be just fine with much bigger.

Yes, as others have pointed out, proportion to her frame and other dimensions matter a lot. You can have breasts that are IMO too big or too small for the individual visually. It is like hair color and style of cut/length. Each woman is suited for a certain hair style/length/color and what might work GREAT on one may be outright WRONG on another.
And then you can have naturally large breasts that may even look great, but cause back problems or other issues, and in that case, they are too big IMO.
On the matter of huge breasts though, it amazes me that some women get implants that make their breasts look like beach balls. Breasts are not supposed to look like that. And to ME, it is a turn off and very unattractive. Women are not cartoons, and breasts have a form and shape to them dictated by biology and gravity. But I guess some guys like that sort of thing, or else they would not have it done, right? I just find it silly and a turn off.
Yes. While I love a chesty woman, too much of a good thing is possible. As in the above posters, it's a matter of proportion. Large breasts on a small, thin woman don't look good nor do tiny breasts on a bigger girl. In addition, too much up top can become a medical issue. I know a couple girls who are so top-heavy, it is affecting their health.
Now as for the real or fake dilemma, I am all for either one as long as the fake ones look real. No woman's breasts are completely round (like many porn stars have). From a woman's perspective, I too agree that there is definitely big and then there is TOO big. I also think there is a difference between being too big naturally and being too big on purpose with implants. Some women can't help the size they are regardless of their frame and believe me when I say that that can create a serious love/hate relationship with their breasts just as a woman with small breasts might have. Personally, I think the beach ball enhanced look, particularly when they don't even jiggle are very unattractive but then again, there must be some men that like that look otherwise why would women bother to get them?
