I use it in some recipes, but I tend to grab Tabasco first. (and I add that to everything from macaroni and cheese to eggs)
I'm a Sriracha junkie, I add it to almost everything.
I also like Sambal Olek for an extra kick of heat too!
I always have some. I love it on my take out Thai or Vietnamese food. I make these hybrid Asian flavored soft tacos with this added with lots of cilantro. YUM!
I don't like it. It is too hot for me.
I am not a fan of hot sauces.. but this mixed in with dips is great.. especially a bland sour cream dip.. love the hint of sweetness it brings.. very subtle..
I've never heard of it before. I always use Tabasco or Texas Pete.
I used to do the hot foods thing but it's been years. So, I've never heard of it either.
Oh yeah. I discovered it 30 or more years ago and have loved it since.
The only other I use is Tobasco and that about equally.
If u like spicy hot....this is ur ticket....lovv with duck sauce..

My sister got my HOOKED on Sriracha! Oh my gosh. I use it on almost EVERYTHING. I have the spice and the liquid stuff. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Mmm
