A lot of this has been covered in another thread "Is being on Lush cheating?"
I've always thought that being open leads to less hassle in the long run.
As far as the site is concerned:
If you want stories then you'll struggle to find better.
If you want forums then these are a mix of fun and serious but they are active, more than can be said for some other sites.
If you want chat, I believe the rooms are fun.
If you want cyber sex them I would think that there are much better sites.
Taken as a whole, you'll be lucky to find a better mix of members who get a lot of enjoyment here.

I agree that being more open would bring less hassle in ones life. I also agree that the stories on this site can bring one a great for mind porn. I think there are a lot of good authors on here if given a chance could make another 50 shades of gray book out there. Just I do see how this site could bring trouble in life and can go too far if people would let it. Also I did read the is lush cheating thread. That's kind reason I posted this thread to ask in a different way to get people to think a little more about why are you really here on the site. Not to cause problems or anything like that.
Thanks for the great post response.

Just a personal view but I think that the biggest reason a long term relationship breaks down is a lack of honest communication. If a relationship has developed then it's essential.
If you were already on here tell them and say why and what you do here, that way you'll avoid being accused of hiding something if you get caught.
If you weren't, then tell them why you want to join and find out if they have any objection, they might want to be part of it as well.
However I'm not here to judge others, we don't live their lives and we don.t know their circumstances.
Some people get a lot of support from friends on Lush, as I think you are aware, and I'm pretty sure that there are a fair few relationships which have been saved because of Lush.

Ha Ha = actions speak louder than words. We both use Lush for the pleasure it provides us.
It can be the precursor to some wonderful times together - two girls together can be REALLY great.
The boys don't get as much from Lush talking about it. Action is their game.

I don't know why you didn't enjoy it. Surely if there are parts that you don't like you just avoid them.
As you and your wife or partner didn't join knowing about the other, it seems that this caused a problem. All I can say if a person joined and found out that their partner was a member, why complain? After all the second person has done the same thing! It would be different if the other wasn't a member and discovered it.
