Well put, Banes! The Moderators on this site get far too little praise and recognition for all the hard work they do. It is so nice to hear someone saying positive things about them once in awhile. We all have had our differences with the Mods here on Lush but we have to remember they do this voluntarily because they love to write themselves and they enjoy helping others.

Personally speaking, I have learned a LOT since I began writing and I owe a great debt to those Mods who have helped me along the way. So I would like to reflect the same sentiments as Banes (but without the poetic flair!) to all the Mods here on Lush as well.

I would like to be able to write what Banes did. To put into words what if feels like to be rejected with advice then rejected again by a different one and finally accepted by the same one that rejected it the first time with comments about it being a good story. For them to actually be a non-English speaker and be better with words than I am having grown up with it is a marvel.

My ego screams when it happens but I am in control.

I thank each of you with everything I am for this. Some are better but some have done it for a life time and other only a few months to years.

I love what Chrissie wrote. Every time I get a rejection that tells me where I screwed it up I lern new things and that is retry much how I see the moderator. They are there to make ME better, not themselves.
