I like boobs. Simple as that. But, in terms of preference, I like them to be natural to the woman's body, so whether they be big, small, or whatever, I really don't mind. Boobs are just great, no matter what. Sometimes I wish I had boobs.

In general, bigger boobs, probably not DDs, but C cups are still my favorite. I agree with the point they should be fit for the person though. Small tits can still be sexy.
