I love cooking with sourdough - pancakes, corn fritters, bread, wiener wraps, pizza and so on. Anyone else into sourdough cooking?
Not really, though I recently botched a batch (tried to bake artisan bread) because I used a LOT of sourdough. The recipe originally called for plain old yeast but I substituted it with what I thought was the correct amount of sourdough. But a couple of friends swear by it, so I'll try again, with their help this time.
