Hey all,

Don't want you to think I forgot about all of you. It is just very painful to type and I have finally decided that PT isn't helping...I am going to have surgery on my wrist.

Just to squelch all rumors, I did NOT injure my wrist on the handcuffs that Rocco uses on me...

Anyway....I miss everyone and will try to be a little more frequent with my posts as my wrist allows.

Tech I work with guys that have CT and I have seen how much it hurts, but I also know that vibes ant good for CT so I think that you should put the vibe down now and again!;-)

Good to see you Tech. I have had the surgery on my right wrist. It helped tremendously the pain is gone. Hope you have as much success with your surgery as I did mine. Take care.

I haven't set a surgery date yet...trying to work around Easter vacation and Parent Teacher conferences...

Can't wait much longer though...am sick of this brace and can't bear the pain without its support.

I am almost finished with Part 3 of my Lust on the Beach story...has been slow since I can only type for short periods of time.

Miss you all and will try to peek in more...just expect brief answers for a while...

Hi Tech...I wish you the best with your surgery!! I have CT as well, not bad enough for surgery yet (thank God) so you have my sympathy there honi, since its a nerve problem and not a muscle/ligament/tendon problem make sure you baby that hand really well when it acts up. Get Roco to baby you more, its nice to be pampered really well once in awhile. Good luck

I am looking into voice recognition software and appreciate the two ideas from Nic and DB. My son is building a new computer for me and I hope to be up and running on the new machine by the end of March. Panda antivirus was no match for the viruses that destroyed a good chunk of programs on my old desk top and it really is beyond what I consider worth my time and effort to fix everything it modified. The virus is gone, but the damage remains. Sigh...

Avast is what I am using now. I am done with big name antivirus programs. They are targeted by malicious people.

Anyway....I will let you all know which voice rec program I go with.

Translation for Bat:

Tech has trouble typing because of Carpal Tunnel.
Nicola and DBarclay gave Tech ideas on possible voice recognition software.
Tech's computer had programs that were badly modified by a virus called CTX.
Tech (being a Tech Goddess) managed to clean the computer of all traces of the virus.
Sadly, too many programs had been altered by the virus and it was taking a lot of time to fix them.
Tech doesn't have a lot of free time these days.
Tech's computer is becoming obsolete anyways, so...
...Tech is getting a new computer.
Once Tech has a new computer, she will try out the voice recognition software.
Tech is using an anti-virus program that is not so common to avoid possible hackers who do mean things.
