I was THE BABIEST of Baby Mods... (Maggie was like GOD in Panties...) I was SO POLITE back then... I did weird shit like not swear and actually MOD work... And she was... Well, she kept an eye on me... Corrected me from time to time... Raised her eyebrow at her errant pupil as the confidence she gave me kicked in...
And I loved her.
In the words of Tom Petty, she don't really come around here no more...
But without her, neither would I now...
(Working MOD eventually burns you out...)
But MAGGIE taught me, in turn I taught others, and as far as I'm aware, the current crew remain the best team of editors I've ever known...
I LEARNED a lot from Mag.
(Totally fell in love of course, but I mean, you couldn't, you know? It'd be like fucking Joan Crawford... You'd WANT to but you just can't...)
