when I load photos, I cannot change my background because I only get black x's instead of a photo to choose from.

Is it only me?

I am not that awake..

I can't change my profile picture to something new.

That's what I'm saying.

It should be pictures to choose from, not black x's.

I cannot change it because all I get are the dreaded black x's.

I've never seen this on Lush before. I checked my image gallery and avatar selection screen - they look fine. This would suggest the problem is on your end somewhere.

I would recommend as a first step: signing out of Lush, clearing down your browser cache, and then logging back in.

Can you give us some more info?

- Are you on a desktop or mobile device?
-- If on a mobile device, are you connected to Wi-Fi or using a data connection?
- Is it only the images you are uploading now, or all of them in your gallery which show as a 'black x'?
- Has anything changed since the last time you logged into Lush? e.g. Have you added a browser extension or changed any device/software settings?

I'm on a desktop right not.
It's only the newer images. I can see most of my images.

some of my older images are black x's as well.

There's Windows 7 on this desktop and I update it often.

It's pretty odd.

I have a lot of images uploaded but I don't think that that matters?

(as long as I'm being helped, changing the order of my stories, I can only move them up or down manually? That's fine. I have so many poems. If that's the only way. One by one? Nothing faster I can do?)

Are you using Internet Explorer? I'd try another browser and see if it does the same thing.

I can't replicate this at all. I've asked Gav to take a look.

I am wondering if you've uploaded so many images there might be a soft limit of some kind (although you are on a gold unlimited uploads plan!).

It's a simpleton suggestion, but you might try logging out completely and logging back in. That might clear any conflicts in your profile.

changed my browser to Chrome and I still don't see all the new pics. Instead of seeing a black x it just shows a picture icon.

I uploaded 3 and I can see are picture icons.

it was from a picture from before I think.

I was able to change the avatar but not from the newly photos.

update, I was able to change my background to the pic I wanted, but I still have to choose a blank picture icon. it was the second to last one.

when I chose my avatar is showed the photos finally.

(I went to a Chrome browser like suggested)
