I added Power Plate sessions to my work-outs a couple of years ago, and while my bone density has actually increased slightly after about a year or so (I have not had another test), I have not found it to be that much more efficient a work-out than any other cardio/strength training. I had been working out regularly for years at the time I added Power Plate, and I am just curious what others may have experienced in their appearance and fitness levels doing Power Plate work-outs. I have no doubt whatsoever about its ability to increase bone density.

I love how easy it is to stretch using a power plate. I don't use the exercise for bone density- if the 200kg leg presses don't improve my bone density then nothing will (yes, I'm female and I use the full rack of weights on pretty much all of the weights). Hip flexors, hips and spine are much easier, faster and more painless using the power plate than done on a mat.
