I've just read about a new product from my.flow (www.trackmyflow.com) which can tell you when to change your tampon. A string attached to the inserted tampon is clipped to a bluetooth sensor on your waistband, and will inform you via an app when you need to change it.

The company says it's to help prevent Toxic Shock Syndrome and wastage. In the future, they also want to develop the technological ability to tell you when your period will start, for how long, and how heavy it will be.

Is this something you'd try? What are your thoughts?
