A lot of things that women have, I think might be interesting as a short term experience, but would get tiresome in the long run.
Being on the receiving end of men's attention could be fun for awhile, until you end up being hounded by creeps.
Women look pretty, but the social emphasis on maintaining your good looks seems like it requires a lot more effort than the typical guy is willing to spend (e.g. I like being able to get ready to go out in under 10 minutes from when I wake up).
Vaginas seem like they require a lot of maintenance, too.
Periods don't seem like fun.
Taking birth control seems like it would be a hassle. But pregnancy also seems really unpleasant.
And of course, there's the whole patriarchal society bullshit to deal with on a daily basis. Not to mention worrying about your physical safety all the time, on the lookout for rapists and predators.
All in all, I think I prefer being a guy.
The only real benefits I can think of would be the one mentioned by Funtime3: Multiple orgasms, and the knowledge that if I ever desperately needed money, I could sell my body some way (I'd probably do web-camming or porn instead of prostitution or stripping in a club). As a guy, I don't know that anyone's all that interested in my body - well, maybe a few people ;)

It seemed like you were trying to say things you think would appeal to women. Say what's in your heart and in the long run the girl meant for will come to you because of it. I have great respect for women, and find them much sexier than a man could ever be. Not just because I'm straight, but because...well, some of them are just so beautiful and feminine and sexy. You don't get nearly as much variety (with what is attractive or not) with men as you do with women.
