I've told my close friends about most of the women I've fucked, The ones I've been the most proud to have fucked because they were so hot, that all of the guys wanted to fuck them, so I felt great if I was able to get into their pants, My friends did the same thing telling others about their sex with gals. Some guys didn't say anything but most did.
I prefer to keep private what should be private. I may work bits of my sexual past into stories here and there but that's as far as I'll go in disclosing information.
At times I will disclose any sexual exploits I deem appropriate for sharing but most of the time I enjoy keeping it secret. Sure, they are fun memories but there is something enjoyable about being the only one, or one of a select few, that knows all of the illicit details.

A difficult line sometimes. Trying to be open and honest with a lover vs " I don't kiss and tell". I don't name names but I do share information if asked. And hey, it's fun to hear about your lover's adventures. But of course your actions can communicate a great deal.
I do not go into detail but let friends know my wife and I have weekly if not more dates a week I encourage them to do the same.
