It happened after I used the forum 'search' feature last week. Realized I'd been involuntarily logged out, tried to log back in.
My profile page loaded, and the 'Last Visit' field reflected the date of the attempt, but that's all. I couldn't do a single thing a logged-in person could do. Red bar read exactly as it would for a Guest.
Tried changing the password. Password change was successful. Still won't let me log in as of today from that particular laptop. Tried it from a different internet provider. Same problem.
I've had to use a different device in order to access my account.
Has this ever happened to anyone, and if so, how to resolve? Thanks.
