My stories are posted there as well. Some of the genres they allow are very dark and definitely not my taste. However, my stories have over 1 million views there, so for an author, it's definitely worthwhile.
This happens with regulatory. A site will skim or rip content from us and post it as their own or without proper attribution. They're almost impossible to stop, since most get h hosted out of Russia or some equally impossible place to deal with.
Stories being lifted or plagiarized will never truly be stopped. DirtyMartini was always very good at posting links to copyright information outside of this site and pulling up people who had lifted stories from this site and passed the works off as their own.
It is aggravating when it does happen and it can be difficult to stop.
We are wholly independent, and have no relationship with any other erotica site.
If you see your work on any other site, which you have not published at yourself, it has been copied without your permission (and definitely without ours).
As HeraTeleia correctly says, we've done everything in our powers over the years, to make it as difficult as possible for this to happen. However, it's impossible to stamp out totally. Even if we did something a little crazy, like turn each story / poem, into an image, someone could sit there and type the piece out manually.
We get the same thing with people stealing stories and making them into Apps, or re-publishing them as eBooks, without the authors' permissions.
Content thieves are like weeds. You can get rid of a few, but thousands more spring up, and you are wasting your time trying.
At the end of the day, those type of sites will get very little traffic. Google realises they are stolen content junk sites, particularly if they are laden with viruses. So I consider them an irritation, and nothing much more these days.
What on earth? Even my stuff is there.
O.O
And it certainly wasn't designed to look like this
Musicians play music, They write, love and breathe music, Music that people listen to, Words that people hear, Music and melodies that they love and breathe. Musicians, Play music to those with quiet hearts, Write it for them, Love it with them, Breathe it with them. People, With quiet hearts, Don't always have the words to say, To show their love, Music is their medium. Musicians, Sometimes have quiet hearts, They are poets, Have tortured souls, Usually. I have a quiet heart, But I write lyrics, I sing melodies, I play the music that you listen to, Music to soothe your quiet heart. I have a quiet heart, Yet a loud voice, Strong words, That come easily, To you. My quiet heart, Loves someone, My music, Tells the tale, Will my Quiet Heart prevail?

Insert something witty here.
Mahaha, found one of my stories there as well. I'm almost flattered, it's the first time that my work is being stolen...That I know of. :')
Looks like the same pack that have been in operation under an ever-evolving name since the early 2000s. The name is always some variant of sexstories and odds are there's already a back-up site in operation under a similar name, stealing the same stories, ready to take over when the current big one gets shut down for malware, DMCA notices sent to the host, etc.
There's no shutting this bunch down. The best you can do is reduce their visibility for a brief period while they switch over to the new domain.
As with any of these fly-by-night sites, it's not worth the effort to pursue it. It's a never-ending game of whack-a-mole. Concentrate any such efforts on shutting down scumbags who are actually selling your work as Ebooks.
Don't forget Amazon's policy that something can't be cheaper elsewhere. Free is cheaper, so reporting a stolen Ebook and linking to your story on Lush is often enough to get it pulled from the store.
