I'd say A. Cut your losses. Girlfriend has a new guy so probably won't raise much of a fuss and you avoid problems on the family side. The only issue I see is her daughter, who appears to have become a bit attached to you and may find the new guy too young to be a father figure, more of a big brother. However, you first priority is your own progeny and it sounds like they need you.
All that said, I've never had an emotionally deep affair, just sex on the side, so perhaps I'm approaching this a bit too coldly and logically.
