It's a good idea, and we looked into this. There are no off the shelf products which would be any improvement over things like Skype.

Our already horrendous bandwidth costs, would also skyrocket.

Think it is a good idea however there are good options already available Skype FaceTime for example .. I personally am not sure if available I would actually use the feature as I too sound younger than I am on the phone
