no notification sounds on firefox

so lately i've not been getting any notification sounds when i get black boxes, pokes, etc. i've checked my settings and they're turned on. checked my sound on my pc and that's all fine. just not getting any sound on lush

Are you absolutely sure your settings are correct?

We must have a few thousand members using that browser and from what I can see nobody else has reported this issue.

Assuming your settings are correct perhaps check that you have the latest version of Firefox, re-install it or use another browser.
