What I do,is take 1rack of ribs,remove the membrane from underneath if it hasn't been removed already,take 4 or 5 hot Italian sausages,slice open the casings,remove the meat,place the meat on the membrane side of the ribs,take between 2to 3 pounds of thick-cut bacon,wrap the bacon around the under side of the ribs with special pins which can be ordered on Amazon,and smoke the entire thing on either a standard grill or smoker
